This is a good location with plenty of parking and even street parking right out front. It’s quite small but thats ok, who really eats in the dining area anyway? :) The staff is nice and takes well to complicated orders. Not sure if this is the case anymore, but if you check in you get a coupon for a free cookie! A plus is you can take your food and sit in the park that is right across the street.

The cleanest Subway I’ve been too yet… but I wanted to hear music while I ate. They young lady’s said«go home and listen to music and go home and brush your teeth Caca.» I was still very satisfied with their service and kindness. I will tell all my friends and associates of this nice Subway. They have a baby chair for your little one. +Thank you Jerrod.

They hardly speak English and are very rude. Not trained well, rather go somewhere else. Couldn’t even understand the women taking my order at all.

A quick, fresh, possibly healthy dinner(as long as I don’t get cheese or a creamy spread). Subway is great to pick up a samich, many options are available depending on the type of samich you are craving. This particular location is 2 doors down from the gym, it’s separated by a Mexican restaurant. Nice and clean inside. Parking is easily found on the street or lot, except probably Sunday morning during the Farmer’s Market. People who work here are friendly and make your order as you like.

Rudeness doesn’t get you anywhere in life. I’ve been to this location several times and felt very unwelcomed. I’ve worked behind a counter before and I excelled at customer service, I got raises, better jobs and wow… I actually found a great career and I owe it all to how I treated those around me. I go in this place and I feel like I need to leave. Weird vibes from the kids that work here. They aren’t trained well at all. I know the manager wants this location to do well, so I hope they take these reviews seriously. I will say that my sandwiches have been made well, and big, but the awkward experience makes me think twice about going again.

Worst Subway ever unless you are on a diet. We have been there 3 times and each time the quantity of «veggies» added to our sandwich was very limited. We each asked for Spinach(we received 5 leaves), olives(we received 3 olives) and tomatoes(we received 2 slices). Since vegetables are so inexpensive, one would think they would«load up» the sandwich to make it look impressive.

YUM! Subway in the Evergreen neighborhood! If you’re looking for a quick, healthy lunch, drop by Subway and eat fresh!

I like subways sandwiches, I’ve never had a problem with their food. But like previous reviews, my complaint is about the service. To make this short(er), the two girls behind the counter didn’t seem friendly. They never smiled and I wasn’t greeted. She gave a little attitude when I couldn’t understand what she was saying behind the barrier. And when I was paying I heard the cashier mumble something to the other worker in a different language. I’m not accusing them of saying something about me. But it just made me uncomfortable since they were rude to begin with. But I’ve been here before with the owner serving us and he on the other hand was really friendly.(I think it was the owner because he wasn’t wearing uniform). Unfortunately I’m kind of forced to go back to the place because I live walking distance. But I hope they do something about the workers. I don’t think those girls care about the job anyways because they don’t treat it very we’ll and they don’t put effort in making customers feel welcome

Considering my kids LOVE subway and this one is within walking distance from my house, I wanted to love this subway… BUT this is my third time here and repeatedly they have had horrible service. Also I question the«freshness» of their veggies. I was staring at how wilted and slimy some of their toppings looked… Gross. Then there’s the bathroom. Why don’t they provide seat liners? If you don’t want your toilet to get clogged with paper towels, you probably should provide some. Bottom line, I would drive down the street to the 76 station to get our subway fix than walk here with my family again.

This is the worst subway ever! I am writing this review after 2 pretty bad experiences. Normally I let it go but I think it is important to put feedback for this one to help others. The first time we went we ordered veggie foot longs. The sandwiches were like plain bread with few pieces of vegetable here and there. The worst sandwiches we ever had at subway. Then we ordered Flatizzas. That was pretty badly made with almost no cheese. On asking, response was«Don’t go by pictures on wall». It is like this only. Second time we were charged double the amount. On asking for correction, The cashier responded with bad attitude and didn’t accept her mistake. After making her do math for for couple of minutes, she finally understood that we were double charged and still no word of sorry but more attitude. I agree that this subway is conveniently located in evergreen village square but these guys need to go customer service training. Please make sure you check your bill if you go to this subway.

Horrible customer service. My dad called in here a few weeks ago. We were going to place an order for their platter, it was last minute but they said ok. As my dad is trying to place the order the lady on the phone literally ignores him and starts talking to somebody else! How unprofessional and plain rude is that? It was all on speaker phone so I heard, and they just didn’t seem to know what they’re doing. At first she said they had a certain bread, then they didn’t, etc things like that. I don’t even know if I want to come here, even though the location is convenient. We were going to give them good business with purchasing a platter but they were rude instead of giving customer service.

THEWORSTSUBWAYSEVER The first time I came in they just opened, and I thought the place was really nice and very clean. My boyfriend and I ordered food and decided to stay and enjoy our meals, as we were trying to get a table a lady came by and said, «No, sit somewhere else I’m cleaning.» I was like«…seriously. I don’t want you sweeping up dust while I eat and this is where I want to sit.» I just complied and sat where she pointed. We were waiting for another order(we got Flatizzas. They were still being made and they said they’ll let us know when it’s done) and the line started to build up to the door. The girl was still sweeping and there was only one server. Someone called us up to get our order and we were given attitude by a manager for«cutting in line». Btw the Flatizzas were nasty; tasted and felt like cardboard. The second time my boyfriend and I came he ordered a Marinara Meatball. We had to correct the worker so many times; She practically wasn’t even listening. The meat was super dry, no sauce, he asked for 2 types of cheeses but was only given one(ANDSHEMADEUSPAYFORIT), walked away while we were still ordering other stuff, and gave us attitude the entire time. I’m very disappointed of this place.

It’s a new and clean establishment. There was some language barrier when I was ordering, but other than that it’s a pretty standard Subway. It’s really nice not having to drive all the way down Aborn for Subway now. The flatizzas(flatbread pizzas) are only $ 3, but totally not worth it. Stick with the sandwiches.

Wow. It took me about 5 years to finally give a 1-star review on Unilocal?Well, I’ve been lucky up to this point. First visit seemed to be usual. Nothing fancy. Just recalled the word of mouth scenario and a nice conversation. The place did open recently. The second visit was real… bad. Strike 1 was seeing an open bag of chips & not having it addressed. Nothing else should be said there. Strike 2 was seeing apple bags past their peak of taste. I’m sure you all want the best out there. That should include apples. The final strike is the fact that the clerk never gave me a free cookie after the Unilocal check in! I can’t believe that the clerk doesn’t know about Unilocal and said that only the survey will give you the cookie! Yes, it does say«Get a free cookie when you check in» for this Subway location. In the case of a doubt, ask your boss on the spot, which the clerk did not. Good introduction, bad results. Yeah, that sums up this location. Too bad. Was going to praise the place too. +: They can greet. -: The foundation is in shambles from the food to the transactions.

Went in today with my daughter. Ordered the Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki foot long to share. There were 3 other customers in front of me and 2 ladies working behind the counter. 1 of them was friendly and smiled while the other was just eh. Anyway, I feel like if they had one more person working the register the line would have gone much faster as there was a line building behind us and each lady had to switch between making sandwiches and ringing customers up. At least they practiced good hygiene between sandwich making and ringing up customers. Sandwich was ok, I felt like I had more veggies than chicken but it was not bad. It was pretty warm in the establishment as well so we ate outside near the village fountain. I would return. Hopefully they have more people working especially during peak times like lunch.
