Owner is impolite. I was in in the bathroom and opened the door. I believe he heard I washed my hands but still opened with his keys, creepy! I was mad and he blamed me that I didn’t answer his knocking. Don’t go there!

This Subway store is crap. I should have read the reviews before I stopped in. Today there was a national special for buy one 6 inch sandwich and a soda and get one 6 inch free. I stopped by with my kid to get 3 sandwiches and the owner looking guy says sure. When I goto pay he says I can only do one sandwich and he refuses to ring it up on the hot pastrami or the steak. He says I can only get a discount on the cold cut sandwich which was the cheapest one. I should have just walked away but my kid was hungry. Terrible bait and switch. This really makes me not ever want to go to a Subway again.

Where in the world do I begin. GOODLUCK if you’re being served by the absurd old man! About 5 days in a row I’ve come here, he’s been so unbelievably slow that at least 3 people in line each time leave so he loses business. He forgets and messes up my 6-inch wheat with turkey/ham every. time. But here’s where it gets worse. I’ve used my credit card and been reliable every time and once it didn’t work and forgot any other form of payment… went to jamba juice instead and wow my card worked. Came back to this Subway maybe a week later and he has a weird grim look on his face, saying I’m kicked out? He complained about throwing away the sandwiches and was throwing a tempter tantrum and pointing in my face. So unprofessional. Not to mention the man in line had no idea what the situation was but saying things like«how old are you?» and backed up the man saying«f*** you» and other profanities. I was shocked. This Subway can probably go out of business just like the surrounding companies, or at least afford to become managed by someone much more capable.

Been sitting here, my boyfriend and I came in at 3:35pm. They were out of 9-Grain Wheat, I said I would wait for the bread and my boyfriend could go ahead and order his and get to work. It’s now 4:09 pm the guy is wiping down all the counters, the bread is done as far as I can tell, but he hasn’t said anything. Im done, just got up, 4:12pm, told him to have a nice day. I’m going to TOGOS! Seriously DUDE, just lost a sale & a star!

The subway is clean and the food is consistent. The sandwiches come at a little skinny here, so you have to be sure to ask for exactly what you want. Other than that it’s your standard subway.

Don’t go here. There’s another subway down the street. The owner is horrible at sandwich making, he gives little amount of produce, the lettuce tasted and looked like he bought some cheap old lettuce and cut it himself because there were huge chunks uncut in my sandwich, the bread tasted stale, yes I asked for it toasted but not last weeks bread. Never again.

I truly wish I could give this Subway a negative star review. The man who works in there seems to always be there, and the handful of times I’ve been in there, he has been extremely rude. The other day however, I decided I would NEVEREVER go there again. I sent my son into the store to grab himself a sandwich. My son can be a bit on the hyper side(has ADHD) but is pretty much a normal 13 year old boy. He is extremely polite and a very sweet kid. As he’s ordering the sandwich, I can see him telling the owner(I assume) what he wants on the sandwich. He then comes out of the store with a very somber look on his face. I asked him what was wrong, and he said that the guy inside asked him«are you weird, what is wrong with you?». I was so mad, I started to get out of the car and go into the store and say something to the man, but my son said, «mom, please don’t its ok. If he doesn’t know how to be polite at his age, nothing is going to change him. I’m not letting it bother me, he’s just dumb». Out of the mouths of babes, he’s got it right on the nose. I am just shocked Subway continues to let him represent their company because I know he’s done things like this for years.

Gone in at 9:30 am for a sandwich, soda today and the owner was there. No issues ordering and the sandwich is good as expected from Subway.

Great place if you would like to get some insults with your soggy sandwich. Dirty hands and reused disposable gloves are an added bonus. Interestingly enough, the old fart who is the owner of the place, never dares to insult a man, but if you are a female, he is all game. Spare yourself the pain and avoid this place.

Wasn’t open at posted time(7am) when I stopped to try and get a couple sandwiches. It was 7:30 am when I showed up. I added an extra star because when they are open, staff gets the job done right.

Nice place to hang out and have some lunch all subways are all the same what makes a difference to me is customer service. The owner seems ok but I do believe he needs to hire more staff but I can’t blame the guy for wanting to work being a senior citizen. Overall ok place to have lunch here

Let me help everyone who uses Unilocal.Stay away from this Subway. I was standing in-line waiting to have my sandwich made when another customer needed to pay for his sandwich another employee had made. I watch the guy making sandwiches take off the gloves off and place them near the register. Without washing his hands, he proceeded to man handle the disposable gloves and reuse them. Come on how much does a pair of disposable gloves cost or soap to wash your hands after handling money and the register?

Subway sandwiches are Subway sandwiches. My review is based on the friendly service and clean restaurant. It’s hard to find pleasant people in franchise restaurants.

poor customer service! Came in early for breakfast. Door was wide open, but not one employee? Called out and no one answered. So I left. A waste of time.

I have been on a Subway binge recently and stopped in to grab a quick sandwich. There was a long line and after patiently waiting Lilly my sandwich artist was really rude. At checkout I handed her my subway gift card and it was refused. She said they were a non participating store, but I had used the same card at the same store a few weeks ago. I tried to kindly explain this and she said to pay cash or get out. I said fine i’ll leave and she continued to yell at me as I left the store saying to «never come the eff back» Don’t worry Lilly… I won’t

I would give –5 stars if possible. I had a class nearby and I happen to stop by this subway to grab something quick to eat.(breakfast) As I was ordering owner happens to be there and I asked him whether what the breakfast special was. Owner looked middle aged persian or so. He didn’t answer back, rather pointed with his hands to point the breakfast menu. When I finally told him what I wanted he said that that was not part of the breakfast deal(SUBWAYADVERTISEMENTSIGNCLEARLYSHOWEDTHEDEAL) and I had to pay extra. When I tried to correct him he told me to leave! I was in shock and I can’t believe Subway offered this guy a franchise, who had a worst customer service ever. I guess money can get you everything!

Subway is fine when you are in a jam. This location gets my one star due to staff. I believe the owner works there every day and for the most part he is rude, has no sense of customer service and down right unfriendly. Ordering a sandwich is difficult, don’t even think about ordering extra or asking little more of something cause he will just look and yell at you like if you were Oliver. Checking out, yet another treat, NOT. Last time I was there they were not accepting bills over $ 20? Hope he reads Unilocal.cause I’m taking my business to another location. It seems that my review isn’t the only one that agrees with me :(

I don’t particularly go to Subway for great customer service. It’s typically a mutual understanding that I want my sandwich fast, and they need to move the line and make my sandwich fast. However, this gray haired owner is the worst! He is the sloppiest sandwich maker I’ve ever seen and when you ask for more, because he’s always skimping, he gives you the smallest amount. Like 2 more onion slivers or 3 more pieces of spinach. YOUCHEAPBASTARD. My sandwich is already small in comparison to other people! Every Subway will give you 2 napkins. Not here. He gives you 1 napkin and if you ask for another, he will ask you back«Are you a napkin collector?» Really. The. Worst. EVER. Do yourself a favor and go to Branham and Ross(3 mins away) Or the one on Kooser and Blossom Hill Rd. (5 mins away)

Negative Stars Walked in as manger was finishing a cash transaction. He grabbed a couple plastic gloves and walked over to me as he was putting them on. Note: He did not wash his hands after handle cash and he was handling the gloves while putting them on. He asked what I wanted, but instead of answering him I curiously asked him, «Why didn’t you wash your hands after handling cash?» He raised his hands and said, «I’m wearing gloves.» I then argued, «Did you not have to handle the gloves to put them on? I was watching. Will you wash your hands, please». He then ripped off the plastic gloves and shooed me away while loudly saying, «AH! GROWUP!». I walked out and went to another, better managed, Subway down the road. Go to the Subway on Branham and Ross(off the 85 N Camden exit) instead. It’s about a mile away from this one and everyone of the employees are nice and I’ve seen them wash their hands every single time after they work the register. It’s in the parking lot with the El Pollo Loco and Nickel City. The manager at 14526 Camden Ave has been there for several years and I’ve never liked his customer services. I haven’t been there for about 5 years since today; I stopped going for similar reasons in this review. I thought I’d give it another chance, but never again. I’m very surprised how this manager is still in business.

it was ok, but not a location i’d make a habit of going to. it’s an oddly unsavory little strip of stores. not sure if that’s because of the liquor store, but probably. the sandwiches were ok. nothing special. i ordered a cheesesteak, and will say they put a LOT of meat on it. seemed like a good amount of cheese too.
