Don’t bother wasting your time here for food unless you want horrible service. My friends and I wanted a sandwich, and I heard that this place was bad. I thought it couldn’t be that bad, but man. was I wrong. All I wanted was steak and cheese on my sub, instead I got HAM because the employee couldn’t hear me. I repeated steak three times, and she kept insisting that I choose my choice of meat. She started giving me attitude, and I really, really wanted to walk out of there with my middle finger in the air. How is this Subway still in business? Better off just walking two minutes and getting a pizza.

What an awful experience! Before I picked up my niece from school, I wanted to buy her a kid’s meal since she loves collecting the purses they come with. Ordered nothing fancy: ham and cheese on honey oat bread. This has never been a problem at other locations. However, the employees told me I could only purchase a kid’s meal with white or wheat bread. Wait, what? I asked why and one of the employees went off on me saying no other kid would want honey oat and it would be a waste of bread. Offered to pay more for it but to no avail. The employees also started to become rude and defensive. I will never be back at this location! What a fiasco just to get some honey oat bread. Why have it on the menu if you can’t even order it?!

This place is horrible!!! I was in a few days ago they they were out of different breads then we asked for pastrami they were out we ended up leaving I have been back since because of the convenient location. I buy my son Subway at least 3 times a week so. today he wanted a subway again I went with a coupon on hand while the girl was making my sandwich I noticed she kept looking at my coupon but never said anything when I went to pay she said she no longer could accept them they were but owner said«no more“I left they preferred to throw a footlong away and lose a customer than to honor the coupon. I will never set foot in that place they just lost a faithful customer… I drove to another on Capital Expwy. and McLaughlin they honored it they now have a new customer

fck this subway… everytime I get a salad it’s not even full! Tonight, the Hispanic chick wasn’t friendly, talking Spanish to the other chick/dude(whatever he/she was) and, she just rubbed me off the wrong way. Like lady, you get paid way too much for looking lazy and rude. And the chick made my salad weird compared to other nearby locations. I didn’t even finish it. It’s a chopped salad, so chop my veggies right. It’s an easy job, So do it right or hire people who can. Monday 4/47/15…whoever worked today shouldn’t be working… adiós

Worst subway I’ve been too. As soon as I walk in it smells weird and one of the workers was talking to her friend, then their almost all out of bread at a sandwich shop. Then when I wanted more pickles she said no then threw 3 of them in a bag for me, I’ve never been told no at a subway before their so stingy here, and to top it off my mom bought a soup and it didn’t taste very good.

Been coming here for awhile but tonight the bread I ordered was stale for a foot long tuna. I asked them for another sandwich and it was still stale. I ordered the white bread but next time I will try a different bread.

If I could I would not even give this place a star! Just walked in today to get some breakfast and was greeted by one of the worst customer service employees ever! I usually don’t write bad reviews but this women was completely out of line. I asked for a subway sunrise and this women kept cutting me off saying they don’t make that. I then proceeded to ask her if she can make that sandwich I’ll pay extra. She refused stating«we don’t make that!». At this point I couldn’t take anymore. I’m not sure about the rest of the staff. But clearly this employee needs to learn how to treat customers with a little more respect.

Horrible customer service. Place is super stingy. I came in with a friend because we were craving subway. Hoping to get a decent meal in. Got my buffalo chicken footlong. I asked for tomatoes, they gave me 4. I asked for extra and they gave me 2 more… I asked for onions, and they gave me like 2 half rings per portion. I frequently come to this Subway because it is close to my house. They are quick and friendly. Cant go wrong with the black forest ham. I love that I get to choose what I want and dont want in my sandwich.

Today, my bf got sick from getting a sandwich from this place which we found unusual. He loves subway sandwiches. He ordered a sweet onion chicken sandwich. By the looks, the bread was all crumbled and falling apart. The sandwich had an odd fish smell to it like some sort of tuna smell. He didn’t like the taste of it. Gross. I’m not having my bf coming here anymore. Bad quality, according to him.(Funny how his little brother loves coming to this location.) Anyways, you’re better off with like Jamba Juice in this area instead of subway. Avoid at all cost!

The portion size is ridiculous here. I don’t expect much from a Subway but this place still failed miserably in terms of the amount you get for a footlong. What the other reviews said are all true. 2 stars because I’m TWO generous.

Service here usually I mediocre. I really do go here because of convenience. One time, I caught a worker using a knife to cut a box open then tried to use it on my sandwich. I confronted her and she started speaking in her native language to the others, but proceeded to change the knife. She still left the knife that she used to cut the box in the crevice of the cutting boards to be used again on another customer’s sandwich. Can’t tell you this place is sanitary… Why do I come back? I don’t know. Usual order: Spicy Italian on italian herbs and cheese bread with lettuce, swiss cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, mayo, banana peppers, and salt & pepper. Toasted for 10 seconds. Foot long. $ 5.75 Come at your own risk.

can’t go wrong with cold cut trio, roast beef or pastrami. it’s quick to order, fast to make, even quicker to pay when cashier tells you the total before your sandwich is even done. wish they weren’t so stingy on the meat or cheese, commercials are unjust it’s all plumped with meat and cheese with the toppings… when you order it’s like a slice her and there. :sigh: but i guess it’s all portioned out nicely and healthily for us. I enjoy the $ 5 footlong deals whenever possible: D the kids meal is good now that Andrew is branching out of the normal fast foods like Wendy’s or McDonald’s. He now knows that fast food can be served not fried as well as cold. :D … but can employees smile, speak clearly, not mumble, as well as not look so unpleasantly grumpy at us customers, please?
