Starbucks

Was having a rough day so I swung by this Starbucks for a quick iced coffee and croissant. Someone by the name of Caitlyn was EXTREMELY sweet and completely made my day. Great customer service! Thanks Caitlyn!

Within the area for work and it was raining. It was an add shot kind of day. So I Unilocaled at Starbucks with a drive thru and this location came up. When I pulled up the line was huge, however it went by very quickly! Only giving 4 stars cuz I’d had not gone inside. If I’m in this area again I will definitely come back

Always has great service even in the drive-​thru. I love this location since it’s right by the mall and right before you hit the freeway :) and the coffee 9 OUT of 10 times my coffee is perfect!

I’m really tired of this particular Starbucks because the service is very slow. I love that there is a drive thru but This one seems to always have a long line as compared to other Starbucks drive thrus that I have used. So in an effort to give them the benefit of the doubt, I went inside one time. Although there was very few people inside, it still took a long time to get my drink.
However, today was the last straw. Went through the drive thru, ordered my drink, waited, waited, paid was given my drink then drove off just to discover later that they gave me regular coffee instead of the latte that I ordered!

They are always so sweet here! I’ve had pretty much all really bubbly cashiers. Today they ran out after I order my drink so they made me one with coconut milk and gave it to me on the house. Catalina (I’m pretty sure that’s what her name tag said) was an absolute sweetheart while we were waiting. She was very easy to talk to and seemed like she genuinely felt bad about not having soy milk. Really awesome costumer service on her end. Above & beyond my expectations. :)

This Starbucks is convenient. Especially the drive-​thru with my two young kids with me. Overall the drinks are good, although once in a while I get one that tastes like it was made with either nonfat milk or is watered down. I still come to this location because of convenience and the employees are nice.

Music was ridiculously loud, there were several people studying or working on other things. I asked them to turn down the music, but the music still continued to be loud. I had to ask again for them to actually turn it down. Ridiculous.

I was here trying to do my college apps & I was studying the music was ridiculously loud. I couldn’t handle it I asked twice. Than the lady decided to turn it a notch down after I complained serval times.

After asking to turn the obnoxiously loud music down twice I felt obligated to write this review. The music was just ridiculous and my mind felt like a billion ants frantically trying to focus on writing my future into reality. The waterfall of music just rammed into my brain caused nausea to where I could barley hold my head up. My eyes felt like caterpillars were crawling out of my pupils singing jingle bell and holly jolly Christmas. What an experience! Wow just insane. NEVER AGAIN!

Usually pretty decent speed via the drive-​thru. It’s a busy location indeed! I used the new Order & Pay option from my phone today and went to the drive-​they to pick it up. I was told by the girl there that I can only pick up in person… strange. I looked it up after I got home and the Starbucks website claims I can pick up via drive-​thru. I hope the employees at this location will get updated with the correct info…

This location is so ideal with the drive thru and open until late unlike the other Starbucks in the area. Drink’s ready by the time you pull up to pay!

2 stars just for having a drive thru. But make sure to always check your items. They don’t usually give the right items and they are rude. Today I ordered a pepperoni savory. I got all my items and drove home. When I was getting out of the car oh no pepperoni savory but a bag with honey in it. It’s very irritating especially after getting out of an overnight job.

If you like cleaning your own table before you sit down, being ignored and freezing from the pumping AC then this is your place!
Had a client meeting and immediately noticed the place was filthy and had no napkins in the holders to wipe down the tables. When my client arrived she went to the bathroom to grab some paper towels but then came back to say there wasn’t any and no toilet paper either. I counted at least 5 people behind the counter and the place wasn’t busy like I’m used to seeing at other Starbucks. only about 3 people in the lobby area. This Starbucks is shared with a Bank of America so it’s one of the smaller ones I’ve been to and it has a drive-​thru. It was pretty clear as you walk in that the focus is more on the drive-​thru.
I went to order a drink and mentioned that there were no napkins and the messy tables. Someone eventually came out but only filled the napkin holders then disappeared. Soon after another customer came in and had to wipe down his table too. That’s when the AC came blasting on and became so uncomfortably cold that both my client and I had to leave.

I love this drive thru! Workers are always nice and funny!
I got my birthday rewards today and she told me to drive up to the next window for nothing. Which I thought it was funny because it was a free birthday drink!
Cons: the long wait sometimes.

Horrible. Ordered a simple iced coffee with milk and sweetener. Waited 10 minutes after I ordered. Gentleman after me ordered 4 frappacinos and received his order before me. I asked about my drink and the short blonde barista with gauges just said, «I’ve got a lot of drinks here.» With a lot of attitude, also. Come to find out my drink had been sitting behind the bar the entire time. All the other times I’ve gone there, they always seemed to mess up my drinks too. …and all I ever order is an iced coffee with milk and sweetener.

I hate that I can’t recall her name. But she is amazing! Always service with a smile! Awesome girl!

I’m giving this location 4 stars since I do frequent here but it has made some mistakes. But this last one was the worst! I ordered the new Caramel cocoa frap, no fat no whip add shot. Well I got a
Plain caramel frap with whip. At first I just figured oh they forgot the no whip oh well and drove off then I tried it. It was just the caramel frap, then after a couple sips my stomach got upset as I can only handle non fat or coconut milk so I figured they used the whole milk. I had to toss the thing once I got to work.

If I could give no stars I would. Usually when you pull up to a drive-​thru and it’s closed the courteous act to do is say «sorry, we are closed» but the three workers decided to just look at us and walk away. I had a line behind me waiting as well. How hard is it to give just a few words. I mean it is YOUR JOB! Hire people with good customer service skills. Boo to those «baristas» 10÷29÷14

Friendly staff. Justine helped me and carried on a pleasant conversation with me. I received my drink within a couple of minutes from ordering. It is a busy Starbucks though. I can see the nonstop business throughout the day. Parking lot can be a pain. Because it’s at the corner of Oakridge Mall, it’s more of a battle of the cars for a spot to park in. Highlight, drive-​thru Starbucks!!! Didn’t use it but if I were in the area again, I would.

I love Starbucks and I usually always get great service at every location. except this one. For someone who was a Supervisor at Starbucks for about 4 – 5 years I know how important making the customer happy is in Starbucks culture but the rude service we got from TRINITY was way below Starbucks standards. She made the drink wrong TWICE. which is ok with me as long as the Barista is friendly about it which she was NOT.
When she finally gave us the drink we asked if we would be refunded for the price difference (because the drink we wanted was less) and she rolled her eyes and walked away without saying a word. I know the job can be annoying and stressful but so is my life. get over it and put a smile on or get a new job!
