Not a bad starbucks location. The baristas are always friendly toward me, even when I come in groggy in the mornings. Any time I ask them to add extra whip cream on my frap they pour it on there for me which I like. A lot of people think that every starbucks is the same, but it’s really the baristas who decided whether or not your drink will be bad or good. Luckily none of the coffee’s I’ve had so far were watered down or anything like that.
The only problem I found was in the breakfast foods. They’re sometimes really dried out and not fresh at all. I got a slice of pound cake the other day that tasted like saw dust in my mouth. I’ve been reluctant to try anything else since.

I live next to a different Starbucks, but choose to drive a little further to go to this one! The workers here are much more friendly, efficient, and do not seem inconvenienced when taking my order.
The baristas at this location write down customer’s names on each cup/​order, which cuts down on confusion when it gets busy. My biggest pet peeve is when someone else takes my drink because the barista didn’t care to write down my name.
Thank you Westgate Starbucks for making coffee-​runs enjoyable and stress-​free :)

Makes great drinks like all Starbucks locations. They get extremely busy because they are located inside a mall but they are still very friendly.

Came in here to use the wifi to do some work a few weeks ago and was having a not so great day. It was almost closing time and I was the only guy left, the black lady, I think she was the manager, upgraded my drink size and charged me the refill price because they didn’t have the tea I wanted.
Exceptional customer service, will be my regular Starbucks from now on!

Super friendly baristas! The line here can sometimes be lengthy but it usually moves pretty fast so don’t let that deter you.
I’m impressed by how easily baristas remember regular customers orders as I’m sure they have so many regulars.
This location has a lot of indoor and outdoor seating. It’s a nice place to work as they have free wifi and tables. This location is also very clean.

Overall I like this Starbucks. It’s not my favorite but it’s also not my least favorite. The employees are very nice, welcoming, smile, and thank you for waiting. I’ve been going here for years and they’ve never messed up my drink. The only things not so great is that it’s usually crowded because of the mall and also takes a really long time for them to make my drink. Even if it’s just a coffee. There really is no urgency when they are working. Normally I don’t mind waiting but usually when people get coffee they are on their way to work or something and don’t want to wait around.

Stopped in to get a Birthday Frappé. Both baristas were super friendly and had a sense of humor! Very clean place. It gets busy when kids get out of school. I have never had a bad experience here! The Birthday Frappé Was a new thing and they pulled it off flawlessly !! Thanks my local Starbucks!

I have not much to complain about a Starbucks coffee place. I get something different each time. Every now and then I will want the refreshing hibiscus drink. And I love their seasonal flavors like pumpkin spice and gingerbread lattes. I am also a member of their loyalty rewards program.

Who doesn’t love Starbucks? Or at least need it before any type of shift?
I come here almost before every morning shift I have at my work. The line is usually pretty long around 11am but they’re always super quick here!
The service here is quick and they’re all very friendly. I’ve never had a problem with my drinks or food. Even when there is a mistake, they are more than happy to fix it!

I come here at least 4x a week because I now work near by. For some reason the young guy who works during the weekday mornings isn’t really friendly. He doesn’t say hello or anything. He just gives you a blank stare when he takes your order.
But the ladies that work here are super friendly & started noticing they see me a lot :) thanks for the great customer service & always giving me a warm welcome right when I walk in the door.

Efficient and in the mall. Just an ok vibe though, not the relaxed kick off your shoes Starbucks vibe and a lot of 15 year old girls hang out here. Not a bad thing or anything but be warned that you will pick up on a lot of «ooohhh justin bieber is sooooo cute and Amanda is soooo lame» conversations.
The baristas here are really nice though. You can ask for you grande, non fat, half warmed, ice on the side, 2.5 hazelnut pump upside down with extra foam latte and they will smile and give it to you. The food and coffee is the same as any other Starbucks.
The minus two star rating is therefore simply for the vibe. It’s just meh.

Happened a few weeks ago on a weekend.
When we first ordered our drinks it was fine. But waiting for them took FOREVER. And it wasn’t as if it were a full house or not enough employees.
I’m used to having them take my name but not here. I had to get up and make sure my drink wasn’t out there waiting for me, but I suppose somehow I missed it because I go back up there again thinking «wow this is shitty slow» and I see my drink is ready. But not my husband’s drink. So I wait there not grabbing my drink thinking maybe it will come along right after… NOPE! I waited a few minutes and I finally asked about my other drink. It seemed they didn’t make it. I had asked to get more sweetener because my green tea lemonade tasted terrible, and that didn’t even help it, it was so bad I just threw my drink away. Waited 20 minutes for not even a decent drink.

This Starbucks is right next to the Nike Outlet store. It’s a pretty average sized Starbucks and there are some seats and little cushioned couches in there to sit on. The workers are pretty friendly and they managed to keep the drinks coming without having to wait for too long. I ordered a iced Soy Chai Tea and that was pretty good.

Meh. It’s a fine, generic Starbucks. The baristas here seem to be new at all times or at least clueless when I give my drink order that every other Starbucks manages just fine. I obviously go here for the convenience factor over quality, so I wish they’d step up their convenience game.
Or at least learn to make a chocolate chai tea latte with mocha instead. It shouldn’t be that hard. Also, the location is tiny. It’s hard to find an available table. I’d recommend cafés across the street if you want to actually set up office for the day.

This place is tiny on the inside. Its good that it and the mall have some good outside areas. For the dead of winter its been weirdly warm and sunny so I got my iced tea and hung out with nature.

I’ve come here on and off again over the years while shopping. It used to be very quiet and staid, now that they’ve added things to the mall, there’s a lot more traffic.
I’ve always had super friendly service and I’ve yet to encounter a surly barista there. Parking isn’t such an issue as some places and that is always a good thing.

I stopped by this Starbucks recently for one of their holiday coffee drinks. The wait wasn’t too bad even though this place is connected to a mall. When I got to the front of the line, the cashier was nice and friendly. They gave me very good service when taking my order. I enjoyed my Carmel brûlée latte.
