its okay but I don’t really like their customer service because they lack on that I walked in and no greeting at all when is it for 5 minutes and for them to finally noticed me as if I was a roach finally crawling over to their food or something they finally notice me or something

Every time I come here I get a different kind of service. Ray and Keisha are friendly and fast. Patrick is sloppy. The frappé he made for me had a bunch of whipped cream oozing out of the lid. Zuzu is just plain rude-CLEARLY she hates her job and shows it. She sighed when I showed up, rolled her eyes when I asked her to repeat her question, and without saying anything, tossed my finished drink at the pick up table. It’s funny how she lectured one of her workers to be more interactive with customers and say «Have a nice day» when she didn’t do shit.

Keisha served me the worst green tea latte I have ever had from Starbucks. I ordered a vetti, and she gave me a grande. I asked her why is it grande? She said I ordered grande. I am the kind of person always avoid conflicts, so I said ok, and even thought I did maybe say grande by accident. I just read my receipt, it marked VETTI! The worst part is the drink was tasteless, tasted like milk!

Of course if you go to get coffee directly across the street from a middle school there will be lines no different than those at the Starbucks in Menlo Park, Palo Alto, San Francisco, the one down the street, the one at Westgate Mall… The is a rush that happens. If you don’t like to wait…(I don’t) don’t go at that time.
I go there frequently and have NEVER seen Zuzu in a mood other than professional. Your comment was extremely uncalled for and childish.
Best Chai Latte I’ve had in more than a decade. Thank you.

Writing this review right now just so I can be first to review. I’m actually at this location as I write this, hehe. Wasn’t too busy and as conveniently located right next door to the Wells Fargo bank. Needed to stop here shortly to wait until after traffic subbsided before heading home. I ended up ordering a low cal. cool lime refresher which I like on warm days like today.
Not too buy around rush hour time and there is actually a lot of space inside here, and the wifi is pretty quick cause its not crowded. The drink I got was good but the lime that they put in it wasn’t very fresh… kinda a downside. I can see how starbucks can’t really stock in fresh ingredients all the time for certain drinks.
