Starbucks

How is there only one person working at a Starbucks on a Sunday morning??? And to make matters worse she rings one person at a time and then makes that same persons drinks. Not sure if Safeway or Starbucks manages this location but it is terrible either way.

This is literally THE WORST Starbucks you could ever go to. Adrienne, who usually works the later shift, is extremely rude, unpleasant, and unprofessional. Each time my friends and I come to order ourselves some coffee, she cannot help but harass me in some way or another.
For instance, I came in with my friend to grab a drink. She immediately questions why my friend chooses to be around me because I look like a ‘baby’ and continues to trash on me until my friend and I decide to walk away and wait for our drinks elsewhere. When we went over to the area where they sell food in the Safeway, Adrienne happens to be over there speaking to the workers. As we order, she stands there mocking us when we tell the workers what we want to order… Excuse me? Do you have a life?
Today, I came in with another friend to order something for happy hour. As usual, she continues to give me so much attitude. Adrienne asks my friend how he met me, and when he did not give her a response, she continues to force the question upon him. She tells him that she gives me a ‘hard time’ when I come to the store (Wow congrats what a great accomplishment you made there). I told my friend to try the caramel ribbon crunch because that’s my favorite and she butts in yelling «HE’S ALREADY MAKING THE DRINK.» I was talking to my friend, that was an A B conversation, and it was just a suggestion. Your job, Adrienne, is to take orders and make coffee. It is not to get into other people’s business/​conversations and attack them with questions and insults. When she asks me questions and I respond, she only gives me more attitude and harassment. Plus, when I answer her questions, it’s not like she even cares about what I have to say. Just the guys I come with. This has been going on over the course of 6 months, but I just chose not to say anything until now.
I don’t understand how she was hired in the first place… they must have been in desperate need for workers.
To make matters worse, the workers here do not care about their customers waiting in line. While Adrienne was talking to and laughing with my friend, I noticed that there was a customer waiting in line. I apologized for her having to wait while the worker took her time to talk to my friend. The customer responded with «don’t worry, I come here all the time. I’m used to it.»
Avoid coming to this store at all costs. I refuse to come here again and will be bringing my friends somewhere else, where professionalism and good customer service actually exists.

I have been to this Starbucks a few times, when I was in a pinch. Today was another «pinch». Just went in to get 2 iced mochas. was denied.“we are out of ice”. ??? No ice. really? This is a grocery store location… where ice is sold.
I asked when would they be getting ice and I was told that the icemachine was super slow.
Ok? I am at a loss and ao is this Starbucks location.

Ahhh a Starbucks I can walk to! Dangerous! Great for convenience as it’s a one stop shop inside a Safeway, that has a Wells Fargo bank, and a Red Box. What more do you need? They do accept the Starbucks app, but for some reason the Safeway store Starbucks don’t give you free refills but charge the 50 cents. My morning drink was fine, but my evening drink made by a different barista was all milk! I asked for a new one and it was still too milky for my taste so I gave up.

Literally the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Two people working with 15 customers waiting. Two people in front of me got their money back because they were late to work, as was I and the woman didn’t even know how to give refunds.
They are so incredibly incompetent at their jobs it’s embarrassing. I used to like it, drinks taste alright, though they burn milk SO much. Never going back here again after my experience today. All I got was a «sorry for the wait, we’re short staffed.»

I was pleasantly surprised about this Starbucks, they are fast and friendly and the strip mall area they are located has plenty of parking for those trying to get around fast.
Honestly I do not know what more to say about these coffee shops, as that is what you are going for, and it is hard to give them a long review as they are just a coffee shop lol.

inside the safeway — good service. Can’t complain.

It’s convenient for me, but certain crews are unbelievably slow in providing service. The drinks taste fine, but why so slow?
