Artem has been my go-to computer and all other electronic devices expert for over 5 years and has always been dependable, prompt and able to clear up any computer problems I’ve had. Most recently he repaired both my laptop and Samsung S5. Most of the repair shops around refused to assure me about repair results. Artem, on the other hand, said that he sure he can solve my problem. And he did. He is very friendly, personable and easy to communicate computer guru.

Artem has a great ability to fix anything that you bring to him. We dropped off 7 computers that were useless to us because they would not even start. He brought them back to life without any trouble and and in extremely short time period. I dropped them off in the morning and I got them back before 5Pm the same day. Now I have my laptops back. I am extremely happy and will definitely be using him again. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and solution oriented. Highly recommend for any computer issues or upgrades you need done. In addition to his great skills the prices are extremely affordable.

Art has been helping me with all of my computer maintenance needs for about two years. I have had many problems and he has always come and taken care of them. His knowledge seems to be endless. So far there hasn’t been anything that he could not fix. I am lucky to have him available to help when I need it. His prices are very reasonable and I would reccomend him to anybody!

After unsuccessfully trying to reinstall Windows 7 on my HP laptop (wasted $ 50.00 on HP support not knowing how little they know) I decided to drive from Berkeley down to SmartTech where my son had previously had a good experience. The issue was a weird one which stumped a seasoned «system recoverer» such as myself. Art was able to solve the unusual problem and got my laptop to the factory installed state which is what needed to get done. Both his manner of dealing and communicating as well as his rates are very fair. He set proper expectations (didn’t over promise) and delivered.
