Dayna is my go-​to person for any catering needs. I have ordered food for a baby shower, birthday party, and holiday party so far. The food is not only delicious, but also beautifully presented. My guests are always impressed. Dayna is really easy to work with and very professional. I will definitely be ordering food from her in the future.

I hired Dayna to create the dessert table for our wedding on June 20, 2015. Just from looking at her website I knew she was a master at baking. We discussed the options for the dessert table and after choosing what we wanted, she gave us a very reasonable price for everything. She came to the vendor meeting a week before our wedding to meet the other vendors and worked with our wedding designer to come up with the perfect décor for the dessert table. She created an incredible display of desserts and the table came out so amazing. In addition to the wedding cake, she made macaroons, cookies, brownies, lemon gems, and many more goodies for our guests. When my husband and I first saw the dessert table we were in awe of how gorgeous it was! The cake was decorated with grapes and grape leaves to match our winery theme, just like the pictures I showed her. Im typically not a big fan of cake because most of the ones I have tried are too sweet and dry. But our wedding cake was moist and so delicious that I couldn’t just have one bite! She has a secret to making cake taste so good. All of the other desserts were baked to perfection. She bakes everything from scratch and our guests raved about how good the desserts were. Especially the macaroons. Those were gone before I could get a taste, but my husband says they were the best he’s ever had. I will be using her services for future events. And I will recommend her to all of my friends and family. She’s truly the best!

I had a cooking class in my home, it was SUPER fun! My friends and I learned so much, and it gave us the confidence to try new things with success on our own. Dayna was patient, organized, and a wonderful instructor! We are all eager to book her for another class!

Bought a Groupon deal to this store. I ordered my cookies on the expiration day of the Groupon deal. I could not go in that day since their pick-​up time is before 11 AM. So I called Dayna and told her that I would pick them up the next day. She was fine with it. I could not pick them up the next day too; so I called and left her a VM about it. I did not hear back from her at all. When I called Dayna again 3 days later, she said she had no cookies for me and because I did not go pick them up that the Groupon is no more valid. She was being SO RUDE on the phone and not accomodating at all.
I wish SHE had told me the first time I called her to postpone the pick-​up about the short shelf life of her cookies that they last only 3 days and asked me to pick them up promptly (or mentioned about this on the Groupon order details). How would I know how long her cookies stay fresh if she does not make it known to the customer in some manner. When I called, she was okay with me postponing the pick up and did not even return my call to pick them up on the 3^rd day. Atleast I could have consumed those cookies on the last day of its shelf-​life. This is just another form of cheating the customer of their money. I have also called Groupon and complained to them about this issue.
The least she could have done is somehow accomodated my request. Good customer service is delivered when you resolve a customer’s issue creatively, and not the other way round.
Well, its unfortunate that I lost my money, but I believe what goes around comes around. Its easy to lose an existing customer, but it takes 6 times more to gain a new one!

I could not be happier with our experience from Dayna and her team. We actually found SimpleICIOUS on Unilocal!while seeking caterers for a co-​workers’ Celebration of Life. We were in a time crunch, on a budget, and still in shock from the loss of a dear member of our team.
Dayna responded promptly to our inquiry, provided pricing and options that met our budget, and even offered us a brand new mushroom stuffed pastry for our menu. She was understanding, flexible, and patient… even when our 125 guests turned into 200… and arrived early.
This team made a very difficult time in our lives easy, the food was delicious with generous quantities, and we hope to use them for many happier occasions in the future. Thanks guys! I still need to try these cookies everyone is talking about…

I just have to say, the «Signature Cookies» is the BOMB! Dayna is also so awesome, she made it work so I could get my cookies for our tailgate party on Saturday. I had a ‘Groupon” for the Signature Cookie and I lived in Sacramento and my boyfriend lived in San Jose but worked in South San Francisco, the pick up and delivery times just wouldnt work so she just met me at a designated time and place and she made it happen. DId I mention that the cookies are just amazing, Im planning to order more and possibly bring them to work and share my great find! Thanks so much again Dayna and SimpleICIOUS for making my boyfriend and I’s weekend! Hope to have your cookies again soon!

Tried them through a Groupon offer and I am super impressed! The «signature» cookie of oatmeal, chocolate chip and topped with sea salt didn’t sound too appetizing when I ordered but they are spectacular!
They are a great size and chewy, I LOVE chewy!
I am very anxious to see what else they offer, especially if it has cranberries (hint hint).

I purchased a Groupon from these wonderful ladies for a dozen of their signature cookies.
A-​MAZING cookies.
Scenario:
I walk into work today with said cookies. Described as oatmeal raisin (even though they ended up being chocolate chip, which is even deadlier) with a lightly coated sugar outside and a touch of sea salt. YUM.
Anyhow, back to scenario.
I get into our «bullpen».
Co-​worker: «Are those cookies?»
Me: «Yes»
Co-​worker: «Those look amazing.»
Me: «Would you like one?»
Co-​worker: «Hellz yes»
Chewing ensues.
Co-​Worker: «Oh. My. God. I need another.»
Suddenly, heads pop up from cubicle land, and literally within 10 minutes, the cookies are gone. And, I mean gone.
All that was left was crumbs. No joke.
The Simpleicious business card has been photo-​copied more then a few times today.
I’m sitting here roughly 6 hours later, and I have been asked 3 times if any cookies are left.
You need to try some. Stat.

Dayna and Melodie are the best! They provide the hot lunch service for our preschool. Since they have both experience in early education as well as a culinary background, they totally understand our needs. We previously tried several other catering companies for lunch service, and SimpleICIOUS works the best for us. They are on time every day, and are close by to quickly resolve any missing lunches (or to bail out the parents who forgot it’s the beginning of the month and time to order hot lunch for their child again…). The food is nutritious, piping hot, and good, and the parents and children are happy. Not to mention, they have the world’s most fantastic chocolate chip cookies, and chocolate dipped strawberries. When you have a school full of female teachers, this is clearly the best way to keep us happy! ;)

Dayna and Melodie delivered the goods! A friend of mine told me about a catering service where I could have dinner for one brought to my door. I didn’t think it was possible, but I gave it a try and sure enough they accepted my order and then delivered it piping hot and right on time. It was delicious and plentiful. Now they need to put my address in the GPS memory! Thanks Dayna and Melodie!

Melodie and Dayna catered an at-​home event for me for about 40 people. They were very flexible to work with and a great value. The food was tasty and they put up with lots of pre-​planning calls and questions from me. My guests all had a great time and so did I, because Melodie and Dayna did all the work!
