For a «Community» Law Center whose website says «Compassion»!, pro bono, so students at expensive private «Jesuit-​values» Santa Clara University can get some real legal experience, i would say «F» grade for free but pro-​Corporate, zero sympathy but polite, anti-​labor worker advice. No wonder so few were there in fancy building lobby for «free legal advice» !! Was told coldly that i would have to agree to Settle, up front, today, for maybe half of unpaid wages due and documented, And forget about usual interest and penalty charges !! Who do they want to represent?! The illegal stealing employer or both sides like realtors or, me !? San Jose seems to be entirely pro-​Corporate and anti-​labor, small «L», from $ 300/​hr lawyers to pro bono «community» in-​name-​only lawyers to all levels of govt. A better name it seems would be «the Corp.-target Law Center and robbed employee firing range».
