I placed an order for my daughter’s birthday party last weekend and the gentleman on the phone was very helpful. He was thorough in answering all of my questions on measurements and assisting me in finding the right bounce house to fit in my backyard. I rented the works with a Disney bouncer, sno cone machine, popcorn machine and cotton candy machine. It was such a good deal for all of it. I love using local resources and supporting small family businesses in the community. On the day of the party the driver arrived early in the morning and allowed us to keep the unit for the entire day at no additional charge beyond the normal 8 hour rental! Of course my kids loved that :) They were very professional and courteous. I will call again for my next event for sure with the great prices. I reserved a bounce house with attached slide(dry) several weeks before my 100 person event. I wanted the red/blue/yell castle with the slide that came down onto the grass(not the one that has the pool looking thing at the bottom of it). Wanted it from 12:30 to 8:00. It was delivered at 8:30am, which was ok except that I wasn’t at the event yet and it was not the one I had reserved. When I called at about 11:00am to tell them wrong one had been delivered I was told that because the one I had reserved had been rented the day before and was«dirty» that they did the best they could for me by at least delivering something for me. AREYOUKIDDINGME??? This is not what I ordered or payed for! When I complained I was told that my credit card had not been charged yet and if I wasn’t happy that they would come pick it up… WTH??? I’ve got 100 people coming in 1 ½ hours with at least 25 of them little kids and now I’m stuck with«whatever» they wanted to give me! Lorenzo also told me that this was the way it worked with the rentals! Then why did I even bother to reserve the one I wanted if they were just going to send me what they had avaliable and clean? Why not just clean the one I had reserved? It didn’t need to be set up until 12:30(instead of 8:00am) why not take care of your customers and clean it that morning with the extra hours before delivery? Was not happy at all with their lame excuses and WILLNOT use this company again! AND they charged me full price for a bounce house that I didn’t even order! I could understand if I had ordered it the day before my event that I would have to settle for what they had, but not when I reserved it 3 – 4 weeks in advance. Very bad business ethics if this is the way all customers are treated!
