I was in from out of town and needed to pay my bill, while in the store the person at the counter notes that i could get more data on a plan on the same network (t-​mobile) for less money, I switched and my number over the whole process took only a few minutes. My line didn’t skip a beat and I was stoked to know I could get more for less. I recommend this spot to any one who wants more for less.

I decided to change carrier so I went to ask the lady at the desk (apparently she’s the head) for the information that was asked/​needed for the process. I asked for my account number as well as the pin since that’s what was required. I simply just asked and first thing that lady did was give me a goddamn attitude and she did not give me the account number. Instead, she told me to open up my phone and pull up «settings» and showed me a 20 digit number that happened to be the sim card number. Again she refused to give me my account number or anything related to it. I even told her about total of three times that the carrier I switched to (t-​mobile) needed the account number in order for the process to go through since I had everything else but the account #. She kept saying that I did not need the account number and had the audacity to say that whatever info she gave me was sufficient (the sim card # along with the pin). She also said that if T-​mobile cannot do the switch then they should go out of business since it was so simple… Ok, so I then proceed to ask if she could help me with the number-​changing process since it seemed like she has access but doesn’t want to give it to me. She said yes but I have to open a line with her and buy whatever it is through her. I was like seriously, are you serious? She just wanted my goddamn money not to mention how rude she is. I am glad I am no longer a part of her service. However, my dad is and I’m hoping he leaves soon.
Overall, don’t come here! The customer service is absurd and the lady sitting behind the desk has a shitty personality, by far the worst, sorry not sorry. UGH

If I could give 0 stars if I could!!! NEVER go here!!! I came in today (Friday afternoon) with my mom, the sales associate sat at her desk on a phone call.
So we waited patiently, my mom even stood at her desk waiting looking around. The girl finishes that call & calls her girlfriend to talk about hair dye!!! She ends up having a conversation in vietnamese over speaker phone, I’m vietnamese so I understand everything she’s saying! We wait for a few minutes & then I tell my mom we should just leave. She doesn’t deserve to own a business. She makes Vietnamese businesses just look horrible! I hope the owner finally reads these Unilocal reviews & either shuts down & replaces their employees.

The lady with the ugly nose is so rude I want to kick her.
My sweet mother walked in and said hello to ms. ugly and the phone happened to ring. Most people usually would put it on hold or at least acknowledge the person standing in front of them no?
She continued on the phone for a few minutes and was still very rude while talking to us. I tried rushing my mama out as soon as possible but you know Asian ladies, they love to talk. If you’re trying to sell us phones and etc wouldn’t you want to lure us in by being polite? Eh.
My mom said the lady smelled too. Gross.

Shady as hell. They try to charge absurd money for services that can be gotten free elsewhere. The customer service is USELESS. the people are NOT friendly at all. Stay away!
