My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Rich and we were very pleased with his work ethics and his willing to go the extra mile to make sure were comfortable with the whole process.
We had been looking for a property for over 6 months in a seller’s market that proved to be tough to deal with. After 6 months of looking and getting outbid or overlooked a number of times, we somehow crossed paths with Rich. He’s personable and really easy to work with, plus he explains things clearly and makes sure you understand what the process is. It didn’t take long for us to hire him as our real estate agent. We also had to consider an FHA loan and he had no issues there. He handled the whole FHA loan process like a pro.
When it came to sign papers, he was willing to go through each document with us so we knew what we were signing and why.
He also came out to meet us at times and locations that was convenient for us, which really made it easy for us.
During escrow, he texted, called, or emailed us almost every day to check up on us and see how things were going. We really appreciated that.
He is someone you can trust. He made great insights along the way and had us avoid pitfalls that many other agents might not have noticed.
