Ravizza Eugene P, DDS

i’ve been going to dr. ravizza my whole life; no, really, since i was 5 years old. he and his staff are kind, polite and considerate. they always check in and make sure you’re not in pain. i’ve never been under– or over-​medicated for any procedure. they have taken such good care of me, so much so, that i’ve never been afraid to go see them. if you need a good family dentist, this is it.

I am a second generation Dr. Ravizza patient. My father was one of his very first. Dr. Ravizza and Shishido are amazing. They are truthful, friendly, and «old-​school». They won’t try to sell you. These guys are the very best there is. I have a great time every six months for my cleaning — their humor and kindness make it such a nice experience. Dr. Cardenas has been added to the staff, and he’s just as sharp from all accounts. This is a wonderful office and I highly recommend it — in fact I have already… to friends and family all the time. My Grandfather who is 85 just recently moved into town and he’s started going there as well. He’s not as savvy on the web — so on behalf of him and all our family, THANK YOU! Drs. I’ve been seeing Dr. Ravizza for years. One of the nicest dentists you’ll ever meet. Love the hygenist, Leslie, she is a doll. Wonderful, caring office staff and gentle dental work, too. Reasonably priced too, since I don’t have dental insurance and have to pay cash up front.
And just like the other poster said, they do not sell you cosmetic stuff. If you want it, you ask for it but they don’t push it. They’re in the market for healthy teeth, it’s an old fashioned family style dental practice, and I love it.

Went to Dr. Ravizza’s years ago when I first got to Nor Cal. The fact that he has not been reviewed here does not surprise me — perhaps I am nostalgic or like things ‘old school’ but that is what you get with Dr. Ravizza.
This is a family dentist. They kind of guy you see from when you are a little kid until you leave home — a throwback, in my eyes, to an a more traditional time. 90% of the staff is still there from when I first started going there. Oh, and by the way, I love them all — they are so nice!
For those of you who have experienced ‘cosmetic dentists’ — this is not one of them — you will not be sold bleaching or veneers or invisalign. this is not to say that they don’t have the ability to do complex things (extractions, root canals etc.) it just appears that his practice is not built arround upselling you.
I hope this review exudes the enthusiasm that I have for the office (it is not reading too well to me). I absolutely give him (and his staff) HUGE props. If you are looking for simple, personal attention from a staff/​Dr. that care about you — this is the place.
