Race Pace MotorSports

This shop took over the shop that used to be San Jose Yamaha — which went out of business. Oscar, who used to work at San Jose Yamaha, is the new owner. Because I always got good service at reasonable prices from San Jose Yamaha, I figured I’d give Race Pace MotorSports a try. I called on Wednesday afternoon to see if they’d be able to service my Yamaha FJR 1300 without a lot of downtime, and Oscar said «bring it in when we open and you’ll have it back in the afternoon.» And that’s exactly what happened. Oscar is also working with Yamaha corporate to bring back the Yamaha dealership franchise. Right now his showroom is empty, So at this point (July 10, 2015) don’t go there looking to buy a new motorcycle. Check the Race Pace website to see what progress he’s made with getting the franchise. For now though, the service is great!
