MISSING TOPPINGS!!! NOT COOL!!!
despite all the negative reviews, I decided to order pizza from this pathetic location because it was closest to me. Worst pizza hut ever. The lady that answered the phone was rude; just like the other reviews mentioned. I went to the store 20 minutes later than when my order was supposed to be ready … I still had to wait. The lady at the register asked me what my order was — I realized she was entering it in as I was telling her; meaning my order wasnt actually placed. Why did I call in?
I opened the box after I got home — BIG MISTAKE; I should have opened it roght there in the store. There was literally 1 piece of ham, 1 piece of bacon and NO Beef on my pizza. I didn’t bother calling them and arguing about it.
There are plenty of other pizza huts within driving distance so I will be avoiding this location.

I ordered online a large pepperoni pizza, breadsticks and a 2 liter Pepsi. The order was made at 7:48pm and got here at 9:33pm. The disappointing part is that the food arrived cold. I was so upset and called them to complain they gave me $ 11 credit for my next order.

I wish I could find any way to send a complaint to the company but Pizza Hut seems to have cut customer service out of their business. I ordered a pizza and wings with an expected wait of an hour and ended up waiting two hours. Everything was cold, no surprise, and no apology for the wait. I still tipped the delivery guy because it’s not necessarily his fault and he was very nice otherwise. Aside from the long wait and cold food my big problem is that Pizza Hut is an awful company that doesn’t make any effort to take care of its customers and has made any contact with them such a hassle that they never have to deal with the massive amount of angry customers. Fingers crossed Pizza Hut will go bankrupt and better companies will take its place. If you were considering ordering from here I urge you to order from seriously anywhere else! I have been a longtime customer and tonight was my very last dollar spent on this shit company.

My wife ordered a large pizza at store # 11 694 when Gabriel asked her what cross she said stuffed cheese. When we received the pizzashe found out it was regular cross and not the one she ordered. She called the store no 11 694 to tell them they had made the pizza wrong. Gabriel answered to her and with really attitude he told her that she had ordered that and he was not going to send her another pizza or refund her money. She clearly asked for stuffed cheese and you can check the recorded call. When I asked him for the manager he said he is the manager. I called the complaint line and they told me that is going to take from 3 – 5 business days. This is really ridiculous I had a different image of pizza hut but I see why other pizzerias are taking over. Poor customer service and poor manager ethics.
Gabriel is the worst at customer service I see why he is working there getting $ 10 an hour. Poor guy he would never get a better job than that. I would never buy there.

I order pizza online and choose pickup option and by the time i go pizza is ready. Its a small place and service is fast and my wife enjoys the pizza :)

I order pizza from these guys maybe once a month, any pizza is good.
You can get good deal online order, save you a lot money

I was picking up my pizza and the head lead as she called herself was so rude! Rolled her eyes while she rang me up and continued a conversation with her co worker than bother herself assisting me. I almost didn’t purchase my pizza, but my little kids requested pizza hut for lunch. Truly disheartening and disrespectful! I’ve never received unacceptable service from any Pizza Hut location! Please don’t waste your time picking up pizza from this unclean unprofessional establishment.

I order pizza from these guys maybe once a month and I recommend getting the large supreme pizza with cheese-​stuffed crust. (Their deep dish cookie is delicious too.)
Ordering online is A MUST, as the store itself does not physically accommodate its customers. Also, delivery is the best choice to make considering the drivers are always friendly…
…maybe too friendly though? Lol. I used to have an older Asian man deliver my pizza and he was very kind, but mentioned my looks once or twice when the only thing I wanted was some tasty pepperoni. (Ew no, it’s NOT what you think…) I used to deliver pizzas myself, so I can emphasize with the employees, but flirting ain’t cool and neither is asking for a LARGER a tip… which this man did in the past. It was very uncool, and I only tip ridiculous amounts if the service is exceptional. (Which in Pizza Hut’s has never been more than average.)
The food, to clarify, is great though… and the driver tonight (Jon) was very cool. Thanks for food! I’ll be ordering again sometime next month, I’m sure.

I called immediately! Their excuse was we’re short on drivers, I said well what’s that have to do with the cheese and sauce are you short on that too? They said no.
I told them the pizza I got is just baked bread half cheesed and with a hint of sauce, I want a refund. Spoke with too different people (no manager) so no refund because no one is authorized to do so! Really if I was there in person they could!
I can’t wait until I can get a hold of a manager.

Bad costumer services call in for delivery ask me my address gave them my address and i leave down the street from this place they told me they dont delivers to my address send to a further one this is not the only time

I ordered online from their website and I called them after ONE HOUR, some lady told me they were short in drivers. Sorry but this is 21^st century and if you fall short you will have to compensate or you will be gone. I called them for the second time and asked them to see if there is anything they can do for orders taking more than 1 Hour, this time it was a guy answered and he asked the lady (possibly manager) to see if they can do anything about this. I could hear her screaming «No“on the phone. My place is exact 7 miles away from their store. Sad.
My pizza was delivered after 1 hour 32 mins, obviously it was cold. Pizza was stuck to the paper sheets!!! It was disgusting! Delivery guy was nice, I tipped him despite of my anger (it was not his fault).
I called pizza hut customer service, automated message told me to call the store!!! No wonder the store manager lady has an attitude. One more option to go.

Not bad at all and on time. Nice since it was hot outside. Driver was courteous and I will order from here next time!

I hate pizza hut. Hate it. My husband talked me into giving it a shot after our dinner went horribly wrong. Shouldn’t have done it.
They were late. And then the delivery guy was like «ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm… ummm… they forgot the breadsticks. so i guess i will bring them back»
Yea you guessed right.
So after 45 minutes from bringing us part of our order he still wasn’t back so I’m over it and I call to get a refund. she was like well he already left. and I was like well I want a refund. She called her manager, gave me a refund and that’s that.
Again, I hate pizza hut.

I’ve been eating Pizza Hut pizza since «Miami Vice» was on T.V. But I think my Pizza Hut lovin’ days have come to an end. Sure a medium with three toppings was only $ 10.00 and I love being able to order online but for $ 5.00 more I could have had something that was edible.
It started when I put the box in the car. Hmm, that’s a rather strange odor I thought to myself. Driving home, I kept trying to convince myself that someone had accidentally spilled something icky on the OUTSIDE of my pizza box. Because God forbid, if whatever was making that smell was on my pizza, I’d be going hungry tonight.
It would appear I’m having See’s Chocolates for dinner tonight.

I had an issue few years ago and today I decided to try them again since its been a long time… I regret it :-(
Susana messed up and only gave us 3 of 4 pizzas… we were already missing out of a PPV hbo fight so I asked if she could at least give me one pizza for free… she said she wasn’t allowed to take money from register bc she would be short… lol what horrible business ethics!!! I told her if she didn’t I would spread the truth on Unilocal n she said «that’s fine, my name is Susana in case you want to include my name in the review»…wow!!! What a rude n unproffesional person!!!

I love Pizza Hut but this was a total disappointment. Just moved to the area and my local Pizza Hut is very much missed. Pizza was totally undercooked. Only the crust was edible. From the under side the only brown was the crust and completely white and undercooked in the middle. It was not edible for me and I totally wasted my money. Will not be back.

I just ordered a large pizza, half pineapples/​ham and half pepperoni/​mushrooms.
I get this damn thing and there THREE pieces of ham, FOUR pieces of pepperoni, and olives which I DIDN’T ASK FOR.
Twenty dollars wasted. I can easily go to Cicero’s Pizza which is delicious, pay 18 $ and get a bomb pizza.
Never ordering from here again.

For chains, Pizza Hut is my favorite. Ordered from here with Mr. Face while waiting for service at the Device Support Center for AT&T as it was the one place we thought would be quick in the plaza. This place wasn’t only small, but also had staff that didn’t seem to care. I probably would too with such a bland looking place to work at.
We ordered a personal pan pizza with pineapple and sausage, 12 wings, and garlic bread. Luckily it was slow so the food was made on time. My main complaint is with the wings… we ordered the honey bbq flavor, and what we got was buffalo with a drizzle of the bbq sauce… hello? Also, for half the price or less I can get the same kind of garlic bread in a box from the frozen section of the grocery store. That ish is not worth a dollar a piece!
Pizza was okay — not as good as I remember, but it could also be because I was put off on the problem with the wings.

I’ve gotten pizza delivered from here a couple times. Always seems like it’s been sitting around for a while; doesn’t have bubbling oozing cheese like I crave. Also skimping on the toppings.
The delivery time is about an hour+ at non peak times.
I still prefer dominos but unfortunately they don’t deliver to my casa :(
