We use this service for my mom to get her where she needs to go.
They guys always answer the phone, remember who you are and even at the last minute somehow accommodate your needs. Their also good at giving you updates on arrival during peak times.

Great wheelchair transportation! Same day ride needed for my grandfather, and I called them up and they responded quick. The pricing was very affordable and the drivers were knowledgeable. Will be using them again.

I used Paratransit Providers to transport my father from his care facility to the VA hospital once a week. He has Alzheimer’s and can easily become confused and angy. So I expected there to be issues. Amazingly, there were no problems. I got no calls from the VA, my father or the care facility. Ryan and his staff were totally professional, always on time and that was a huge relief. I did a lot of checking around before I hired Paratransit and they seemed like the best fit. My father’s course of treatment is finished for the time being, but I have Ryan’s number on speed dial, just in case.

Update! We now use Paratransit Provider every day! They take my mother every day to her appointments. Dialysis and wound care. I never have to worry about my mom getting to and from her appointments anymore. Thanks guys! :)

I have been using this for my grandma for a long time. I am a huge worry bug when it comes to her, luckily I have found a trustworthy and reliable company to transport her around. Their on time to appointments and they drive safely. Highly recommended, Great jobs guys !!
