Our company was just formed when we contacted Keith Warner at Pacific Workplaces in downtown San Jose. We planned to have a virtual office first while we were looking for a real place for our company. Keith went out his way to offer us the plan and price that we wanted. Unfortunately to him, we found a real place a lot earlier than we thought and didn’t need the virtual office any more. So we didn’t sign the contract that he had exclusively drafted for us. We felt awful and expected an unpleasant respond when we gave him the bad news. To our surprise, Keith had no problem with the bad news and wished us the best instead. Needless to say, Keith is a true professional and we were so impressed by his service.
