Pacific One Construction has built the office of my dreams!
After wasting months of time and money with a one-​stop designer/​architect/​construction company, I was left frustrated and disillusioned with the building process. I interviewed four other contractors and three architects and I was beginning to believe that my vision could not be achieved within my budget; and was disheartened to think that I would have to settle for another boring dental office. And then I met the guys from Pacific One.
When I met Roland, he assured me that my office could be built exactly as I wanted, in my budget, and in my time frame. And he was right! Even with some uncontrollable setbacks, (problems with the city and structural dilemmas) Pacific One has handled every situation without delaying or adding cost to the project. But, most importantly, they have never added stress to me. Even though I know they were stressed out!
But, what sets the guys from Pacific One apart from all the rest is their attention to detail. They will go out of their way to add things to my office that will make my office, not only more functional, but more beautiful. They moved an air duct so that it wouldn’t be in the patient’s site line as they walked down the hallway. They suggested a flat panel television in my reception area and even made a niche in the wall for it! I would never have even thought of that!
