I researched several companies and I was charmed by Tera M.‘s kindness and assurance. Unknowingly, this company outsourced my stuff to a company with an F on the better business bureau website (Best Moving Van Lines). They lost $ 15,000 worth of my belongings on the move and neither company will call me back.

Submitted my claim on July 5^th and still haven’t heard back from them. They stated that the claim service takes anywhere from 2 – 3 weeks. Called back after a month to here them say they were «backed up» and should only be another 10 days. Hmmmm wonder why they are backed up. Gave them another 20 days before calling them back and now I get a voicemail box that is full.

I did extensive research before hiring my moving company. My sister needed a move from san jose to encino california. When trying to get a quote tons of people called and emailed me non stop, ill be honest… It was annoying. Tera was the girl I worked with and she was a doll. He took care of everything. Car shipping. House move and moving insurance. It was a relief not to have to go through tree different people for the different things we needed. The delivery arrived within a week as promised and my sister was really happy. She said the move was smooth and easy. The car arrived within a few days after picked up and both car and house stuff wasn’t scratched. Great service and hats off to the hard working movers.
