Needed a super large capacity washer and dryer and found exactly what I came for, The place is clean and the attendant was a big help. I’ll go back next time I need this type of equipment.

The layout is small and crowded, and a lot of machines tend to be out of service which is frustrating. There tend to be rowdy annoying kids so I avoid going here. It also reeks of KFC from next door, so much so that my mom and I call it the fried chicken laundromat.

I’ve been coming with my family for about a year now and the older lady is very sweet. She is very respectful and welcoming. She remembers most of her customers which makes us feel special. She also is pet friendly. I take my little pomeranian every week and she welcomes him every time.

Although it isn’t as good as it was when the Oasis chain began, it’s still tremendously better than your standard laundromat. It’s also a wash and fold as well as a dry cleaners. It provides a television, a magazine rack and believe it or not a pool table for your enjoyment. It also has free wi-fi. It’s almost a pleasure to come here and do your laundry. I say almost because doing laundry is not my idea of having fun. It’s not hectic here and you can really relax while you wait for your laundry to get done. The woman that runs it, isn’t the friendliest person in the world but I guess you can’t ask for everything. I’ve never used the wash and fold nor the dry cleaning part of the business but if your washer and dryer aren’t working or you don’t have your own, do come here… You will definitely enjoy the experience. I gave it four stars because I’m comparing it to when it was in its hay day.

The level of service and quality of work here is garbage! No consistency in light vs medium vs heavy starch. Also, creasing the sleeves on dress shirts seems to be a real difficult concept for this group to grasp. Ability to clearly communicate in English is non-existent. No sense of urgency when they fail to meet deadlines.

I have had my dry cleaning done here many times. This appears to be a nice, friendly, family-owned business. Most of the employees knew me by name. The prices are reasonable, and the pick-up time is pretty good too. My favorite part of this place is they let you know about which stains did not come out, instead of just ignoring it. They also have never pinned any of my items to the hangers which would leave holes. Nice job, guys!

When this Oasis was new and firing on all cylinders, you could happily sit and watch TV while eating a snack and waiting for your laundry to finish rolling around in a tidy, tightly run ship of a laundromat. Now…now this place is what happens when you sit on maintenance over something like 10 years. I counted 16 out-of-service machines(well, one was the pinball machine) when I was there tonight. Gaping holes in walls, filthy floors, gunk build-up everywhere — just a general ick factor going on. You can get laundry done, that still happens. It’s just now the experience is as painful as you’d expect. If they’d just divert some money into keeping the place up, I could happily recommend it.

Our washer died 3 weeks ago and we’re still waiting for parts. We finally ran out of clothes, sheets, towels etc so we searched online for«laundries in SJ» — especially ones that do «wash & fold». I’m spoiled from living in San Francisco where there’s a «wash & fold» on every corner. This place sounded good so, even though we didn’t find it on Unilocal,we gave it a try. Am I glad we did! Now we don’t care when, if ever, the washer parts arrive — we are both sold on this place. Everything clean, neatly folded, wrapped in plastic, his shirts on hangers etc; fantastic find!
