Contrary to the other bad reviews, I had a body scrub massage with Judy. It was excellent! I will definitely go back to see her again.

I got the $ 40 deep tissue massage and wish I had got the $ 20 foot massage. Thought I would get a better massage for the money. The people that work there are loud so you can’t really get relaxed. The girl used her legs and feet to massage my back. She actually stands on your back. That grossed me out. How do I know if her feet were clean. I’m not going back.

I came to get a massage close to a meeting I went to in the afternoon. The place is nicely decorated with a very relaxing atmosphere. I looked at the menu and chose a 1 hour massage. They have a hot sauna which you can use For $ 20 or for free with the purchase of a massage. This was good to know except that at this visit I didn’t have that much time so I opted for just the massage. The massage was deep tissue and it was very good. They don’t use baby oil — I would come back again.

Hotrible. I asked for medium massage. I received super hard massage for older, heave massause. DHE Did Not listen. I came out very sick u o my stomach. She and man as gement refused to give me her name. I am so sick!!!

So, I went back a few times after I wrote my last review, and had a much better experience both times with my masseuse, Kay. She is simply AWESOME, and you need to ask for her if you ever go there. She does a great deep tissue massage, and understands the importance of silence to keep the whole experience relaxing, speaking only if really necessary or to check if the pressure is okay, etc. (whereas other ladies were a bit too chatty). Skip, one of the receptionists, is the BEST in terms of customer service! He was so attentive and intuitive to my concerns and needs; if it weren’t for his excellent customer service skills, I would not have returned. I tried sending an email (presumably it goes to the owner?) but did not get an email response; however, Skip called me and addressed my concerns regarding prior massages. Based on Kay’s massages and Skip’s customer service skills, this place is a 5. Today I did go to the bathroom and there was no more soap and the paper towel dispenser was stuck– but since I can’t give a 4.5, I’m giving a 5. Kay and Skip totally rock!

Massage was just ok… was not the worst nor was it great. One thing that annoyed me was after I gave the lady a tip… she asked for more… I gave her 15 and she still Said it wasn’t enough… I’m never coming back to this place

My husband went to this spa and the masseuse My «Linh» Nguyen tried to have an affair with him. She sent him text messages for a year. Her texts were inappropriate and sexually suggestive. She sent the messages at all times of the day even after midnight! Please DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS!!!

Decided to get a 1.5hr ($ 60) deep tissue massage after a long week of work and multiple days of working out. Today a couple of hours before closing, i requested for a strong woman and got this skimpy skinny young girl instead. Massage was good but was not what I considered deep tissue. Before I could dress to leave, she already came back in the room and started cleaning up.
Decided to give $ 10 tip which is 16%. Here is the funny part. She said, I gave you a good deep tissue massage and not a regular massage and u only give me $ 10. I said what are you talking about. Then she said, most people give $ 20 or more for tip. She must be a Math Major with this comment. Since it was entertaining, I gave her another $ 5. Then she said, this type of tip is for people at the foot massage store. It was annoying, but i was too tired and felt sorry for her so I just said maybe I should go there and massage might be better.
Thought about complaining to front desk but was not worth the time. The place looked like its owned and operated by these girls.

Had a great massage with Kay. The place is very clean and friendly would recommend this place to my friend and co worker.

Clean spa and some cute masseuses (lily, susan) who actually give a pretty good massage.
Yes the girls dress in short shorts and tight tops but thats about it. I don’t think it’s a HE place or anything sketchy but it is _​full_​of asian men, especially on friday night so it might be a tad uncomfortable for women.
Anyhoo, $ 40 for an full body massage for an hour is the standard rate for san jose but a deal for this new yorker.

I would say this is a good place, my masseuse was Lily, she did a great job, i had a great conversation with her. The environment is great. This is a male review… so i can’t say much for the ladies. Will i come back here? Definitely.

This is my favorite spa that I often come. Its very clean and nice decoration. The therapists quite know what they are doing, and are very friendly. Good place to checkout!

I got the best massage for 40 an hour. Her name was Van, and she was a real professional. You perverts might not want to come here, cuz there’s no happy ending or surprise ending of any kind.

My friend and I just wanted to relax and have a spa day. So I called in to make a reservation due to the good Unilocal reviews. We got here 15 minutes early. The lady at the desk was arguing with me on the price of the services that I chose. I checked their website before I called… It says $ 80 for a «signature package». an hour swedish massage and an hour body scrub. She told me it was actually $ 90. So my friend and I decided to just have an hour swedish massage and half hour scrub instead. We wanted to have it done in the same room… Why not? So we undress and lay on the table with a towel around us. Two vietnamese ladies walk in wearing tight short-​shorts, and with their cleavage out everywhere. I had the older lady who didn’t say a word to me. She just started rubbing me down with oil. RUBBING. No actual pressure was being applied. She was really quick and not thorough at all. She pulled my underwear up my butt and rubbed my legs and butt. It was just REALLY awkward. The two ladies finished their rub down and left without a word. We looked at the clock… Hm. It was only a 45 minute rub down. NOT A 60 MINUTE SWEDISH MASSAGE. They came back with the scrub and slapped it on. It was freezing cold! She put blobs on and mushed it around for half an hour. We told them we were «so cold» and nothing was done. It was really uncomfortable. I assumed since it was so cold, that they would take a hot towel and wipe it off after. Nahhhh. They asked us, ‘you take shower or no?” Well, Why not… Then I saw that the showers were disgusting. There were used towels on the floor and used shaving razors on the shelves. After taking a quick rinse, I started walking back to the room where we were originally. In the hallway, there were mutiple asian men who were also wrapped in towels staring us down. One of them asked me, «ooo, are you a masseuse?» WTF?! This was NOT at all the relaxing spa experience I hoped it would be. Don’t come here unless you’re someone who wants a sh*tty massage or a HE.
