I just transferred to him several months ago from my pediatric ian and I want say that Dr. Nguyen was pretty good, however, I need to make sure I bring my homework next time. I would’ve given him 5 stars but I had to wait for about 2HOURS until I was assinged to a room. After that I have to wait for another hour until it’s my turn!!! I think all he needs to work on is his timing/pace.

I remember waiting an hour in the waiting room to get a physical. only checked my heartbeat and signed my paper and I was out in 5 min. seems to me he only worries about getting through as many patients as he can. You won’t get a quality check up here.

Dr. Trung is a very good physician. He has helped me changing my health around since I started seeing him about 4 years ago. I appreciate his advice by telling me to work on my health one step at a time. This gives me the momentum to lose the weights that I needed from the beginning. Just one thing that I don’t like about this place is a long wait of 60 — 90 minutes even with appointment. The problem is that they accept walk-ins and put everyone in the queue. So, it’s more like first come first serve basis. I think they should honor the appointment scheduled and let the walk-ins wait longer to avoid this problem.

i’ve been going to his practice all my life. literally. he has seen me as baby, child, adolescent, teen, and young adult. he’s a great doctor, where my entire family tree has him as our primary physician. however, the only thing that bothers the crap outta me is. the wait. i scheduled an appointment at 11am, and was not seen until 1230pm. i mean, i can’t blame the doctor and the staff if patients need to discuss important matter with him, but patiences wears really thin in his waiting room for everyone. observing the flow of the office, the apparent reason why it takes so long to see him is because he’s the only physician there. his advice and prescriptions are really helpful, and do make a difference compared to expensive specialists, who charge more than they can offer. & that’s why i value his work and input. i scheduled to see him in the morning because i thought it would be quick. never again. i usually just see him at the end of the day, when there aren’t much patients. definitely more convenient for people who don’t have the patiences to wait all day for something that takes only 15 minutes.
