Mountain Mike’s Pizza

Love mountain mike’s because they have good pizza. But sad that this is the one closest to my house. Hella skimp on their signature pepperoni. Horrible at taking phone orders and always discourages delivery. These people give mountain mike’s a bad name. Will probably start ordering from the blossom hill one. If these people don’t want to own a business they shouldn’t.

Why didn’t I listen! Horrible customer service. Made wrong pizza and argued the fact that he was right. AVOID

I understand it was 20 min before closing but maybe you should change your closing sign to 9:40p not 10p
We came here because we came to catch a movie at the drive in and had no other choice but to stop at this nasty pizza place.
My 3 friends and my self walk in and the guy at the register was rude, telling us to hurry up because they are closing. Really? He did not care about making money off 4 different pizzas & appetizer.
Mountain Mikes Does Not Taste The same since the new owners took over in San Carlos or At this location.
It took forever to get our food and pizza was cold. And being allergic to onion and telling him no onion a couple times they packed my pizza with onion so I tossed it out.

Only been there twice and the first the pizza was not much to talk about. Tonight I ordered a cheeseburger with fries hold the lettuce. So it was supposed to come with onions, tomatoes, and cheese. All I got was tomato and cheese on a semi burnt ciabatta bun. I little packet of mustard and ketchup not enough to utilize with the fries which were a little over cooked and not seasoned (at least with some salt). The cashier told me like 15 minutes so I came back in like 25 and it still was not done. Just saying do not quote a time and fail to hit it. She seemed out of her element with auto met service as well because she had to think about my change and exactly how I should receive it… next time stick to blaze pizza which rocks to the soles of my feet. Cheers at least I have a hard lemonade to wash down a dismal meal.

Wow I should have checked Unilocal.Ordered Fries, they came out burnt! I had to send that back. I got home and notice that the pizza I ordered was not the pizza I ordered. Never going there again!

This place is such a joke, it’s the best!
The kid at the front couldn’t care less about you knowing how little he’s concerned about you as a customer. The message gets delivered quick.
The ‘mugs’ you get served beer in come in what feels like kid sized. The glass for the mugs are almost an inch thick, in an obvious attempt to look like you’re getting a normal sized beverage, rather than the 10 pound glass mug, and denny’s apple juice sized amount of beer that they’re actually giving you. I get they you wanna save some $, but geez.
The interior consists of sun-​faded beer posters, a 1992 big screen TV that is still about 20% working, and some arcade machines that are plastered with «Play at your own risk» signs, or ‘We’re gonna take your quarters’. And the machines are only plugged in, upon request, again, to save $.
The best feature of this restaurant though, by far, is the owners who sit in the back row of tables (the entire row). They sulk in chairs, watch videos on their phones (without headphones), and wear out the worn out carpet by making visits back and forth to their salad bar.
The pizza is delicious.

The girl who took my phone order is an idiot! Took forever for them to deliver the pizza. The pizza was gross! Never again. I’ll stick to Bona Pizza

If only we read the reviews first. Do yourself a favor and pick up a Digiorno instead. I could understand subpar pizza if it was at least fast. It took an hour and a half for delivery 5 minutes away. It would have been faster if they sent it via carrier pigeons.
Manager I spoke with on the phone must have received his customer service training from Comcast, so bad.

Got to say I love this place! One of the few mountain mikes that uses the little pepperonis! Pizza is great no complaints here!

Seems like it should be busy, but it is not. Service is fast and the pizza is good. The place isn’t dirty, but the place doesn’t feel well taken care of.
The people who work there are friendly once you talk to them. However they didn’t give me a welcoming feeling when I walked in the door.

Price is Good but your gonna eat old pizza. We came for lunch and they had 3 pizzas at the bar which were mostly gone. The pepperoni was hard from sitting under heat lamp… We had a few slices and was hoping for fresh pizzas to come out and nothing. All the workers were in back and only came out when phone rang… Never again coming here. Go to roundtable, the pizza is better and they keep it fresh…

Our last delivered pizza took two hours to arrive. I picked up a pizza yesterday. I called to order and before my order was completed I was put on hold and then was disconnected. I called back and had to repeat my order. Worse, the pizza was horrible. The sauce was lacking, the cheese was minimal and the combination pizza I ordered was missing most of the ingredients. I will go back to the Mtn Mikes on Branham and Meridian even though its further from my home.

Pathetic — service is bad. Pizzas are bad. People are dishonest and it’s very expensive. Stay away from this place! Would give zero stars

The staff is very rude and and impolite. I suggest you go somewhere else. We love their pizza but I’d rather go somewhere else with better service for a better experience. Thank for ruining a perfectly awesome day, Mr. Pizza delivery man.

We came here excited to buy a Bogo pizza, but we were dismayed by their lack of service. We waited over 30 minutes to find out they forgot to put in our order. Not only that, they were rude and unapologetic! HOW RUDE!
The female cashier acted like she was high and didn’t care. It was like she purposely tried to stretch out her words to piss us off. «Ummmmm…youuuuu’re going… to…havvvve…to.payy…extraaahhh forrr that.»
It wasn’t even extra, it’s extraaaahhh!
Anyways, the people sucked, but their chicken laui pizza was pretty good. The other pizza we had wasn’t even good so I didn’t bother remembering its name. Sometimes, even when the service is bad but the food is good, we come back, but we don’t think we’ll be coming back here. They were definitely something else!

Been coming here for a couple of years and after my recent visit I will never come back. I asked the owner to turn the football game on he literally yelled and told me no…

Horrible. Just horrible service. Needs better management. Pizza is good but pricey. Not sure I will ever come back :/

I grew up on Mountain Mike’s pizza down in San Diego. Best pizza on the planet! So when we found Mountain Mikes up here, I was anxious to go. Unfortunately there is no comparison. The pepperoni is all wrong (they are supposed to form little bowls) and everything else is, well, meh. In addition, we went on a Wednesday night.
Also, who knew they have a special that runs specifically on Wednesday nights? Not us because there were no advertisements and no one told us. Not that I would have wanted their «special.» We saw the all-​you-​can-​eat pizza sit under a warmer for over and hour. I’m still a huge fan of Mountain Mikes… if it’s the one in San Diego.

Very poor services. I walked in and everyone gave me weird looks as I waited for my pizza. I’ve had good experiences at Mountain Mike’s location before, this was not one of them. The pizza was under cooked and didn’t taste right. Ended up throwing away more than half of it.
Also for the quality it is very expensive. There are a couple other pizza places nearby that offer either much better price or much better quality.
I will not be coming here again.
