She has reasonable prices and was very helpful and patient as she served as a mobile notary for both myself and my boyfriend as we received medical certificates — this meant a lot of patience at the doctor’s office! Our law firm in Los Altos (Wilson Marshall & Taylor) needed a mobile notary ASAP. I phoned Ms. Ngoc Le Ho who was very pleasant on the phone. When I met her, she was very professional and quick in her services. She came at a moment’s notice. We will definitely use her again.

Prompt service, reasonably priced, and great, professional demeanor. What else could you ask for in a mobile notary. The process was short and simple as it should be. If I ever need a mobile notary again, I will be calling her again.

Despite my general avoidance of using mobile notary services as they tend to charge a ridiculous amount of money either per signature or for travel fees, we had just adopted a puppy, resulting in my being unable to go anywhere for a traditional notary service. A quick search online showed Mobile Notary Inc. and Ms. Le as being the most reasonably priced.
Despite my apprehensions towards this service in general, Ms. Le was extremely courteous and provided exemplary service. I am generally a very punctual person, and highly dislike people who think that anything within ten minutes of the meeting time is still «on time.» Ms. Le was able to arrive within thirty minutes of my contacting her, and had contacted me to let me know that she may be five minutes late due to traffic. Small actions such as these are noted and appreciated.
Ms. Le’s also charge a flat traveling fee around the Santa Clara area, and can speak Vietnamese, which is helpful for those of us with elderly parents (or in-​laws in my case). In addition she understood the asian requirement of «taking off your shoes before entering the house» which is again appreciated by the elder asian generation and those of us who were raised with such courtesy.
The document was notarized in a quick and professional manner, and the entire process took around five minutes. I highly recommend Ms. Le and Mobile Notary Inc., and will be using her in a professional capacity in the future as well.

I’ve been using Unilocal for years and I only check it to see reviews for stuff but I felt the service I received definitely deserved a review! Really great to work with along with awesome fast service. She met up with me right on time and had everything prepared for the job. A few signatures here and there and it was done! Would totally recommend for anyone looking for cheap and speedy notary services. Plus she’s a cute one too :)
