Awful experience! First I placed an order online where I encountered numerous of page crashes online. I then phone to place an order, where I supplied my information. I waited for approximately 45 mins to be told that utility bills, as well as multiple driving licenses being a requirement. This is absolutely horrible service & would advise to stay clear!

Whoa, I just ordered two 8ths of the finest Girl Scout cookies from here and man. They’ve got a killer customer service. Just ordering was comforting enough to trust these guys. Matthew was the one handing my deal over the phone and he is the man! Most def gonna order again. –To a good one guys!

I will go to this place as long as it– or I, exist. The place is super clean, their stuff is good and the staff is incredible! I’ve been here twice so far and both times I left feeling really damn jolly. The first time I went there I was help by an upbeat gentleman up front (I regret lacking knowledge of his name, but it was a while back.) He educated me on their strains, what each was (indica or sativa), the prices, the EVERYTHING. Even though it was all on each tag, he took the time to walk me through. At this time, I ended up leaving with medUSA. Its Awesome! The second time I was here I was helped by Monique? Or Monica? (just made the realization that I suck at names), anywho, now this woman is downright AMAZING. I just couldn’t decide on what I wanted and I was flooding her with questions, but she just smiled at me, laughed with me, and answered EVERY question I had. She held conversation with me the whole time I was there– She was just a doll! I even asked what cakes they had and she went back there to check, came back, relayed the information, went to get the cakes I chose, came back– and of course me just being the annoying person I am, wanted more. Once again, she went back, came back and I just bought each flavor. Speaking of flavor, those cakes are amazing. I ended leaving my second trip with 3 strawberry haze cakes, 1 lemon skunk cake, and 1 strawberry lemon kush cake, as for bud, I left with Candyland, Jack Herer, and something else– I forgot the name. Amazing amazing amazing. And the people? It’s hard to find them like this in other dispensaries… go to this place guys, you will love it!

5 star service, 5 star cannabis, 5 star delivery! Very comfortable place to visit, you aren’t being rushed out the door. I really enjoy the display of cannabis in the jars and the relaxed environment of selecting the cannabis. No need to go anywhere else with JP and his stellar delivery service. Just order or go in.

Such a great facility, great product never disappointed. Just a tad, pricey. So I can’t always afford to come here. When I am able to use them, Which I like too because I am never disappointed!!! I go to a lot of clubs so I have experience in this department. Been here twice and was impressed both times. The ppl are super friendly and approachable. Some clubs have staff that think they are too cool but there guys are very friendly. I also appreciate that they are knowledgeable about cannabis as medicine. As I was talking to one guy he offered me a sample of their internal CBD product which I know usually sells for about $ 30. It doesn’t get you high but it has great healing properties for your body! I am pretty sure it reduced the duration of my cold sore. Anyway that was awesome and on top of my free gift which was an incredible pre roll! I have a high tolerance and I still get lit like 3 – 4 times off of that thing!
Bottom line they are professional. I got a $ 15 gram of top shelf herb that knocked me out. They are on point and will deliver to almost anywhere in SJ suited in a shirt and tie. I will be back. They have treated me very well on my previous visits. I am excited to grow with this club. And added bonus– they sell chocolates which is hard to come by in San Jose!

This place is the shit! Stopped by last week after finding them on weedmaps, what an incredibly professional operation. I was greeted by the owner, I believe, who walked me through the entire place and helped me with my order. The selection is only top notch, which I appreciate. Prices are competitive, but the customer service is amazing. Thank you Mint, I look forward to visiting you later today!

I love bud, and its been awhile since I been there. But I’ll never go there again there over price and there bud is ok, by me being a 1^st time member I did not Get a free spin on the game that they got going on, I have to spend over $ 50 to spin that thing that’s no fun that’s b.s. and everyday they text me with deals but its still not worth my money. And That’s stupid telling new members to leave a Unilocal review to get free stuff. I wish deals 4 less was still open 15 $ grams top shelf can’t beat that

An update that is LONG overdue!
I don’t always come to Mint for my needs but they have always taken care of me and have treated me with the most utmost professional manner then any place I’ve ever been to. They are easy going people that care and are compassionate; I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a place that is consistent and has quality products.

On my way to work, I notice this place by accident. Drop by for a look, but was frighten off by their prices. However I did came back the 2^nd time to make purchases, because there was a special deal going on.
Parking: isn’t to bad, there always 2 available for patients and the rest is shared w/​the other stores. Be careful of bad drivers, this is a Vietnamese business district.
Staff: they’re not Asian as I expected, because of the location. The staff here is excellent, even if some of them are high. There knowledge of the plant is impressive. They will spend the time educating you about cannabis, if you want. Good Customer service.
Price: there no justice in price here, like many other San Jose dispensaries. I only came here to purchase if there is a special discount or sale.
Edibles: the 4 dose edible was not that great and the feeling it provide is not worth the money, just make your own.
Pre-​Roll: usually $ 10 and not very memorable. I had this as a freebie, thanks to the magazine ad deal.
Bud: Green Crack was good
Overall, I wouldn’t come back here till a new deal arise.
