Zero star — do not use them
No regard for people’s safety. No regard for the cars below. They didn’t cordoned off the area (where the main walkway is that our employees use when they come in to work in the morning). When asked to do that next time they claimed that people should have looked up and avoid the area themselves. How about cars? Can they look up?
They probably have a huge budget for their insurance. They don’t seem to care that people or cars will be hurt/​damaged.
