We were drawn to Ma Stories because of their mission to make bread without enhancer, softener, or artificial color/​flavors. In trying to eat more healthy but also satisfy our craving for chinese style buns we gave them a try.
We ordered a few dozens of the Chef’s Choice buns and some cookies from them. We were very pleased with the freshness and the overall quality. The buns tasted fresh and the differences in quality were noticeable compare to what we’ve had from Sheng Kee and Kee Wah. The cookies tasted good without being too sweet. We’d definitely go back!

I really like the bread and pastries. Very creative recipes and the final product is really beautiful. My personal favorite is the chocolate chip cookies and the chefs choice for bread. I hope you enjoy it as well.
