VERYVERYHAPPY with LOL parties! My son plays baseball at the SilverCreek sportsplex which is why I decided to give it try for his 5th birthday. High Five Restuarant was on point for all the food we ordered, the parents and kids were both impressed. Our party coach was amazing and entertained the kids. She also made sure ALL the kids were feeling comfortable and participated. Clean, easy to communicate with, acomadating, and reasonably priced!

I am not sure if they even clean the bounce houses because they look nothing like the photos featured on Unilocal. They look dirty and not well cared for. Nevertheless… the kids love it and it is okay during the day when parents are required to be present for supervision. This past Friday was the first time I went for the«supervised» open play. It was full of unruly kids who were supposed to be supervised by the staff. Older kids were were pushing the littler kids out of the way, kids were not using the bouncy equipment properly so that other kids couldn’t go down the slides, kids were climbing on the soccer netting in the back by the slide and a lot of other inappropriate behavior by children. THEREWASNOSUPERVISIONBYANYOFTHESTAFF. I had to start telling kids to get off equipment and to stop pushing for the safety of my own kids. There are kids in age ranging from about 2−16ish with no supervision. This was so unacceptable. All of the staff were standing near the entrance chatting the whole time. There was only one male staff who kept following around two little girls and playing in the bouncy houses with them for the duration of my stay. It made me and my partner and I very uncomfortable that he was singling them out and playing with just those two little girls whose parents were no where to be seen(like all of the other parents) when there were tons of children who needed to be supervised. The Sportsplex needs to set a supervision schedule for the hours when parents can just drop off their kids. Both for the safety of the children and for the liability of the sportsplex. They need to have a staff at each area(gate, bouncy area on the left, middle and right) and stay there to ACTUALLYSUPERVISEANDREGULATETHECHILDREN. They can rotate positions every hour or something, but they need to develop a system. Right now it is just a lawsuit waiting to happen.
