We had two former employees file multiple claims against our small firm that were not only without merit, but could have resulted in additional claims if we lost. It was NOT a slam dunk case for us (is it ever when an employer is up against the labor board?) but Robert presented a very strong case and all claims were denied. I felt Robert got up to speed on our company’s situation quickly and was, at all times, on top of what needed to be done and when. Additionally, he was, at all times, respectful to the former employees even while thoroughly showing their claims to be completely false.

Therefore, I was familiar with lawyers and their work ethics. Mr. Griego and Mr. Nuddleman exemplify what lawyers «should be,» and from my personal experience with them they are one of the top law firms in their field of expertise.

My wife and I saw Robert E Nuddleman for a free consultation regarding an employment discrimination issue. Robert spent over an hour with us, carefully looking through our documents and asking questions and providing feedback while clearly explaining his thought process in easy to understand terms.
15 minutes into the consultation it was clear to me that we did not have a case but Robert continued providing us with information and direction, even though he would not benefit financially. Not only was he helpful in providng legal consultation but he also explained some of the possible interpersonal and psychological consequences and benefits related to the decision of whether to pursue the case; this was a helpful layer of consultation that went above and beyond the legal issues of the case.
In sum, my wife and I were very happy with Robert’s legal expertise, communication style, and thoughtfullness as he demonstrated concern with providing thorough direction and guidance for our needs even though he would not benefit from the case.

I hope that you never need to talk to a lawyer… but if you do, I had a great experience with Phillip Griego & Associates. FYI — the firm focuses on employment law (so I hear but they may take other types of cases).
My friend referred me to her lawyer, but her lawyer was totally booked, so they referred me to Phillip Griego. Without a real recommendation, I scheduled an appointment with the office, specifically with Robert Nuddleman; $ 295 per hour and time is charged in 6 minute increments. When you have your appointment, be ready because the clock is ticking!
I haven’t had to seek the advice of many lawyers, but there were a few things that I appreciated about Rob — he spoke like a normal person (not lots of legal jargon… making it easier for me to follow along) and he was totally honest. Rather than trying to up sell me on additional work, he told me that (based on my situation) I was better off not using more lawyer/​attorney services because it would be a waste of money.
I ended up needing some follow-​up advice, and Rob was very responsive via email. He also gave me a few freebie minutes which was nice.
