, delivered by Lan’s (if you have a choice, avoid them) Flowers. The product delivered was incorrect, An item was missing from my delivery, AND Card message contained errors! I ordered a *blue* «Happy Hydrangea» in a white ceramic pot, with a balloon for my mother’s birthday. She received a sad, pale pale pink hydrangea with torn leaves, all dropped into a cheap metal looking plastic bucket, and *no* balloon! The card was sloppily written with part of the message missing. HIGHLY dissatisfied. Sent my «concern» to Teleflora, hoping they remove this florist from their delivery network.

Save yourself the headache. Do not order flowers from this place. They charged me twice and didn’t even send the flowers I ordered. Instead they sent a cheap arrangement nothing like the one I ordered.

WORST COMPANY EVER! I ordered the flowers from FTD for my boyfriend’s mom about a month ago to make sure they would be delivered on Mother’s Day itself. My boyfriend sent me the picture of what had arrived and I was outraged. there were 3 big problems: 1) the arrangement looked absolutely nothing like the one I had chosen 2) the flowers were not fresh AT ALL and 3) the writing on the message card was sloppy and was written very wrong (grammatically incorrect). The other problem was that the floral delivery man did not personally hand the flowers to someone, he left the flowers sitting outside! Not only was it an embarrassment to have the crappy flowers deliver to my boyfriends mom, but I had to rush to find flowers last minute. NEVER GOING TO ORDER FROM THEM AGIAN!
