Great inventory and great customer service first time here and Jason was the greatest and made it entertaining.

Great prices and lots of useful kitchen stuff. My favorite place for the cooking tools. Open to the public.

Wow talk about service! I’ve spent many days in different restaurant supply stored and when I find one I like I don’t change. I don’t like bs. So when I needed a sink in a hurry Serena said sure I have that and hade no problem matching the quote from the other jokers that couldn’t deliver. Thank you so much for help and professional service

Johnny helped us with our shopping. He was very accommodating, but he didn’t pressure us to buy any thing. We didn’t buy very much, but we got what we needed: two pans and a knife sharper. Thanks, Johnny The pans we purchased were great. We use them almost every day. We got Vollrath, wear-ever made in the USA. The non stick is not wearing out. They are easy to clean. We hand wash them. We plan to buy more.

Decent selection but somehow I spent $ 100 on things I thought would cost half that. Maybe my expectations were wrong or maybe they’re overpriced? I don’t know. But either way I got my hotel pans and I might go back for some kitchen goods, but I might check out some of the other stores first just to price compare.

Not as much inventory of large equipment in stock as other vendors, but plenty of food containers and table wares and the staff were quick to offer formal quotes for anything they can order.

Wow, store is full of stuff! Went here to find a bottle cap catcher for my man cave. They only had one style in stock, but many to choose from online. Friendly staff.

2.5 Stars Customer service was lacking… one guy kinda sorta helped us but not sure these kids had any real knowledge about kitchen supplies. They did have some cool stuff but yeah hand-on inventory did look low. Im giving them half a star since this was the first place my bf and I visited and they had the chef hat he was looking for… it seems like finding chef apparel in the bay area is kind of hard. The girl that rang us up wasn’t so bad… even though she seemed a lil bit out of it.

Yeah, Keystone is good if you want some Lexans or ladles, but their on-hand inventory is tiny. I mean they barely have any sautee pans. Seriously, what are you trying to do? They do have a giant rack of catalogs to poke through, but why would you need come down to a store to then order through a catalog and wait? If I’m going to drag my ass down to a store, I want to see, smell, and touch what I’m about to buy. Otherwise, I can order that shit online. They could also use some customer service skills there. Firstly, lady at the front desk, you don’t need to have a LOUD conversation about your boyfriend around customers. That’s rude in any setting, let alone at work. Be a little professional. Some people just like sharing their drama with the world… the people with deficient personalities that is. Nice idea to have a restaurant supply store near me, but they never have what I need.
