We recently bought a new home and closed much sooner than expected, so I had to scramble to find someone who could come out and change all the locks. Rick and Ed arrived and got the entire job done in one day. (Rather daunting as we have over two dozen door with locks.) They spent extra time making sure one problem door was sorted too. The experience made the first steps of taking ownership of our new home much easier.

Santa Clara, CA
Had a residential lockout while we were house sitting for a neighbor. Had the key for the deadbolt on the top but the bottom lock did not work in the front door & we did not have a key to that lock & called several places to get quotes.
Stephen from Keystone Locksmith (the best price we could get) came out and used the deadbolt key & unlocked the defective bottom lock. He did not charge for a service call, though he could have very well have done so. What an honest business fellow! :-) He deserves a 10 star for his integrity! Now that was a bargain!
