Ladies & Gentleman– allow me to introduce my Attorney for the past two years Mr. Kenneth Pinto.
You see, I am considered to be a spiritual person so how I met Ken was like a dream, I mean it was just meant to be. I made a terrible mistake several years ago and very few people knew about it except my family and dear friends.
I was ashamed that I lacked such poor judgement on that dreadful day when the incident occurred
I was making payments for the fines with the Santa Clara County Recorders office.
One day I was speaking with the clerk who knew me by my account– she asked me why I sounded so down on the phone– and I responded,” I am in the process of getting a new job and they are going to do a background check and I am worried”. She commented about Ken Pinto and his services and I just can’t say enough good things, he not only expedited my court case and represented me without me being there– And now I can sleep with a clear conscious. He has reasonable rates, he is thorough, he is honest, and non– judgemental which I love-​he made me feel like a person when he said to me «Dene No one is perfect.»

Count on him for your legal needs. He is also helped my husband recently as well and did an excellent job. And I will employ his service him again for a young relative of mine. Today there are no blemishes on my personal profile and I am keeping it that day.

First off I choose this guy to defend me based on other reviews that I read on Unilocal.And I must say that these people who post reviews know what they are talking about. Because this guy is everything great they say about him ethical, competent, knowledgeable, hardworking, and most importantly he made me feel as though he truly cared and was concerned about what was going to happen to me. He did it in such a way that showed he is truly a professional at what he does.
One thing I liked and noticed about him is that he is constantly thinking, he has his mind running full speed ahead to try and stay on top of all the different scenarios which can occur when you had a case like mine. He got me the fairest deal I can ever ask for and I am truly blessed that I got him to represent me because I could have had some serious jail time for my offense. The whole way through he made sure that I was going to be comfortable with whatever the outcome was going to be and that made me feel like I was a «special» client!
And he is so easy to work with financially. I just made payment arrangements with him and tried my best to keep on top of them and he was ok with that even gave me some extra time to take some of the financial pressures off of me. Thanks Ken YOU ARE THE MAN!!!

I was referred to Mr. Kenneth Pinto by a legal service I am a member of. He is a one man practice with an one room office in Downtown SJ. Nothing flashy but I don’t pick my attorneys based on how well they pass on their earnings onto ostentatious settings. I chose him after researching MANY attorneys (I am very thorough) and interviewing 2 others. I chose him because he seemed like the perfect balance between knowledge, competence, budget, and most importantly, CONCERN (ok, competence is waaaaaay more important).
Ken was completely engaged throughout our correspondence and always took that extra step to be truly plugged into what was going on. He does a great job assessing his client’s issue and does his due diligence to intelligently see the matter through. Ken definitely cares about his client. No disingenuous slick lawyering here, this guy is the real deal.
