I worked with Chet to get a last minute corporate award engraved. He had it done on short notice within a few hours. He sent me proofs and samples via email and was quick with responses. I picked up the award from his home where he runs the business. He does not take credit cards so bring a check book. My checks were out so he let me take the award and send him a check in the mail. Great fast and easy experience, comparably priced for the products.
