Parking SUCKS taking 20 min so far and I M not feeling well. Where is the valet for the clinic???

Kaiser Permanente Medical Center in San Jose is the best. You can get a consult with a specialist on the same day you see your primary care doctor. This doesn’t happen anywhere else

today wasn’t busy it just took me 20 mintues drop off pick my priscription.

I have been a Kaiser member for 19 years and am pleased with the service receive at the medical center. You can contact your doctor via secure messaging if you have questions, your doctor can electronically send lab requests e.g. for a cholesterol screen or a urine test, you just have to go to the lab and your paperwork is already waiting for you.
The only nit is the after hours clinic which was very good for those people that wanted to see their personal doctor after work hours is gone. Your only option is now to take time off work or go to the minor injury clinic or emergency department in the evening.
Expect long wait times if you don’t have a medical emergency (i.e. are dying or have a serious injury), plus expect your co-​pay to be high may be as high as $ 100.
If Kasier San Jose would bring back the after hours clinic to the medical clinics I would give them more stars, as it is 3 stars.

I have nothing but good things to say about Kaiser.
My wife and I had our son here and the care from the natal unit was awesome. My doctors have always been accessible and responsive. I have always been able to make an appointment in a reasonable amount of time.
Thank God for insurance though…
I had a lapse in coverage and Kaiser wanted to charge me $ 600 for a prescription that I filled at Costco for $ 12. Uhhhh, health care is a racket but we all know that.
