We used J&M’s services for window guards. Owner Margaret, used to visit us patiently until we agreed upon a design; Showed us several models and helped us make a decision. Margaret is very artistic (I saw her other Iron desings as well). She was so patient, and always responded to every single call I made, once we agreed to do the job.
For us she did the ornamental window guards and installed as well. The release for egress windows works like magic. Margaret is reasonable in pricing too.
She did a beautiful job in the end, people praise her work. We are glad we found her. Margaret is also a wonderful person. Now, she is our friend.
Ofcourse, we will use her services again. I am leaving this review, so it helps others too.

I highly recommend J & M Ornamental Ironworks. They installed a fence and three gates for my apartment recently. I rated Margaret for five stars for exceeding customer’s requirements. She supervised the job and helped the project to resolve issues. She managed the team to complete the job and project without delay. She listened to the customer’s concerns and extended her services. It is a five-​star service.

J&M Ornamental Ironworks replaced our community pool fence last year and they did an outstanding job. Margaret, the owner, was very patient in explaining what my options were and made excellent recommendations for our needs. They did a beautiful job. More importantly they were quite responsive to a small gate problem a year later. I have referred several of my clients to Margaret. Recently I called her asking where I could find some fence post caps and she offered to bring them to me! She definitely goes above and beyond in terms of customer service. When we need to replace our back yard fence, there is no doubt that I will call Margaret. I recommend J&M Ornamental Ironworks unconditionally and give them a 5 star rating!
