Beware of their «cut rate» online deal. I tried to reserve for 3 days. But the online process starts off with 5.95/day= $ 17.85 but then they add a tax and surcharge and service fee of $ 8.25. Just be straight up and you won’t lose anymore customers.

— Shuttle was already there waiting and ready to go; followed me to where I parked my car so I didn’t have to walk (also dropped me off right at my car when I came to pick it up)
— Called the number when I landed and it took them less than 10 mins to show up! They were the one waiting for me! Lol

Slow service, even though we pre paid and we left the lot at 11:45PM. These guys have gotten progressively worse. Time to try another company.

Great location to park your vehicle and fly out of SJC. The parking lot is gated, self service and right off Coleman avenue just a few minutes from the airport. Shuttle service is frequent from the lot to airport. You call a number to get picked up. I got picked up at #9 stop just outside of terminal B. It was 9:30pm and not a lot of people in the shuttle, so the driver even made extra effort to drop everybody off at a location closest to their parking spot!
If you made the reservation online, remember to print out a hard copy. $ 7.95 per day and I found a $ 5 off coupon. Great price, convenient location, excellent shuttle service.

To whom it may concern :
I had my reservation (12 PM in and 12 PM out for 3 days) parking near SJC airport.
We got off the flight March 7^th at 11:30. It was pouring and without an umbrella but we still arranged to pick up our car on time. We also paid the shuttle bus drivers tips on both ways.
When we approaching the gate, we were told by the operator that we were 5 minutes past noon. We had to pay $ 3 in order to cover one extra hour. This does not make sense at all as we were already in the parking lot and it took awhile for us to get out. If it were not due to the rain and the shuttle bus driver drop us off in a different isle, we would have gotten out before noon time.
We are dismayed by this result. We will not use your services in the future.
