Affordable apartments in Willow Glen neighborhood. There aren’t openings all that often, but if you give them a call and let the manager know you are interested, she’ll keep you in mind. She’s a retired nun and pretty laid back about things as long as she knows you are trustworthy and a good person. Just don’t break the rules or do bad-tenant things and you will enjoy living here. It’s largely populated by… drum roll, please. retired nuns! There are also other types of folks, but there are a whole lot of nuns up in these apartments, so if you are interested in partying, chances are you will not be accepted or will soon get the boot. So this is more the sort of complex for quiet living. The walls are THIN. I warn you of this. That is a major-wager drawback. I did not even bother bringing a stereo system here, which is a big deal for me. The units are pretty big for the money and the prices are GOOD for the area. You will fair a better chance if you are referred by a current or former tenant, but that isn’t everything. It’s a cute little community and I lived there for a couple years and never had any problems. Everyone was sweet. The only thing to keep in mind is there is a technical«no pets» rule although there were a whole lot of cats that I know lived here, so I think people just snuck them in. If anyone wants to live here and has any questions prior to checking the place out, you can PM me.
