Helzer Courts Apartments

been living here for few years now and i must say its a blessing to have a 3 bedroom 2bathroom townhouse style place that includes a garage with washer and dryer hook ups for under 1800/​mo. U just cant beat that. We mostly get along with our neighbors though at one point a couple summers ago some ppl that newly moved in would complain every time we had company over. Thats stopped, lol but overall i like where we live, its cozy, its a house, and a home is what u make of it. The 2^nd bath is floorplan is kinda odd becuase its a toilet and a shower stall… and the sink is seperately located the adjoining bedroom. But u get used to it, i leave hand sanitizer on the rack for guests that dont wanna walk to our room or kitchen to wash their hands. The manager bernadette’s cool and pretty much communication is key. They try to build community by doing potlucks and such, only thing i would recommend is to fix the two playgrounds that dont really have a play structure. oh and whichever mail carrier gets our mail mixed up a lil more often than not. But overall great home and community and cant beat the rent!

Extremely unorganized. Accused of extra people living with me all the time. Accused of having extra cars that weren’t mine. Had to fight with landlord about my girlfriend visiting me. Apartment inspections once every other month.
Lived there for almost 3 years, and they were never able to fix my doorbell… The Asian maintenance guy tried and failed and just left it broken.
Moved out over 30 days ago, still haven’t received my security deposit back.
You guys are a joke.
Clean up your act.
