All I got to say is of all the places we’ve called they were truly the only ones that really helped us. Found out that my husband has a warrant out for him and had no clue why. We googled a bunch of places and just got to a dead end. That was until we came across Good Guys bail bonds. We told them the situation and immediately the lady we spoke to asked us for all my husband’s information and simply said we’ll do a warrant check and get back to you. Honestly that was all we were looking for and Good Guys were up for the task! Thank you very much!

Son was picked up by cops for minor charge, which eventually was dropped. However at the time, it seemed like he would spend some serious time in jail. Immediately I got a call from a woman representing Good Guys, at first she made it sound like she worked for a non profit who helped kids. Then she tried to scare me by telling me all the bad things that happen in jail. I ended up deciding I could post entire bail myself without fees. She told me that was a bad idea, that the IRS would get involved. Fortunately, I went ahead and posted bail, which was relatively painless, got money back after a month or so without any fees, otherwise I would be out thousands of dollars. The clerk at the county jail asked if I used a bail bonds company. I told her the story and she said, «That’s totally unethical, you should report them.» Well I didn’t but I thought I’d do the next best thing, which is to write a Unilocal review. BTW, an attorney advised me that if you get an attorney first and then get a bail bond, generally the fee will be 7 percent instead of 10 percent. I guess its good marketing for the bonds company. That will save big bucks.
