Very nice with good communication. Reasonably priced and they did a good job. I definately will use them again. I have two small dogs that made a huge mess and the carpet looks as good as new. They were late for their appointment, but it actually worked out better for me. That could have resulted in a 4 star, but seeing how apologetic they were and how nice the carpets looked, I overlooked it.

A little glitch with the online appointment and no call back until I called 2 days later to finalize the work appointment. No big deal!
Jonathan called the night before to confirm and to remind moving the furniture and doing the pre-vaccum. Nice and considerate!
Jonathan communicated well to set expectations and did a wonderful job on my 24 years old carpet.
To my surprise, I can even see the original Rosie Beige color resurfaced after the deep cleaning …Of course, it does not look like day 1 but I am very happy.
I did not do price comparison, but I feel the end result is so great, I consider what I paid is cheap!
