Fish Window Cleaning

In a nutshell: This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I was shocked at that state in which the crew left my house after cleaning my windows. The owner came back the next day to clean up and it was still dirty when he left.
We recently moved into a house in Willow Glen that had windows and tracks that hadn’t ever been professionally cleaned. We were thrilled that there was a company out there like Fish that could take care of it. But when the crew came over to get to work, they tracked dirt all over the house. They took off their shoes initially when we asked them, but then didn’t stop to bother after awhile, despite the fact that we have a baby crawling around. It was like they just blew all the filth out of the window tracks onto the floor. We had just had our whole house repainted and they left marks on the wall and dirt in the corners of the freshly painted window sills. There was dirt all over our pillows, all over my daughter’s toys and the carpet. It was absolutely disgusting.
We called the owner and he showed up the next morning with the same guys who had been there the day before to clean up. Needless to say, it was rather awkward. After spending two hours «cleaning,» my house barely looked any better. At that point, I knew I had to call a professional cleaning service. The Fish guys obviously didn’t get it. I just wanted them out of my house.
Also, they took a few of our screens to be repaired, which they said would take 2 – 3 days, and didn’t return them for weeks until we finally called them. Supposedly, they were just about to call us… Right…
I would NEVER use these guys again. They were careless, unprofessional, and incompetent.

Awesome service from estimate to cleaning. Workers on time, careful, efficient and most important, thorough. My windows and screens inside and out are sparkling clean and price very reasonable for two-​story house. Highly recommend!
