Delicious. Ordered the DOCTORSVEGETARIAN with a side salad. So yummy! Hazelnut gelato is divine.

We came in for breakfast here for our first time. The breakfast was nice — fresh, hot but not ridiculously big like other restaurants. The service was very good, 2 servers running a ¾ full restaurant. We used our free cup of gelato coupon(thanks, Unilocal!) and it was decent, I’ve had better. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this restaurant!

I didn’t know what to expect when I went here(hadn’t read the reviews here), but I guess because of the location(small-ish space right on Stevens Creek) I wasn’t expecting much. But WOW! what a pleasant surprise… great food, great selection, good portions, decent prices, friendly service… I’ll be going back again and again.

Yes, this place is good. Was looking for a good café place to eat @, and Unilocalers you did not disappoint! It’s a small place, but it’s nice on the inside. There’s a fireplace you could sit in front of with TV. We came today around 2:15 and it wasn’t busy @ all. They let us pick where we wanted to sit which was nice, and our server was nice. She didn’t talk much, but that didn’t bother me. We were given about 5 mins to look @ the menu when she came back to take our order. I got the Jordanian Breakfast which comes with three falafel balls, hummus dip with olive oil, za’atar, a few kalamata olives, lebneh which I think was the white dipping sauce, not sure @ all. And pita bread. I loved the hummus and pita bread!!! You get a lot of hummus too. The bread was so soft too. You also get fives pieces of roasted potatoes, which were good too. The falafel balls were amazing. It didn’t seem like this would fill me up, but it did. Also it didn’t seem like an actual meal since I know a lot of people have hummus dip as appetizer or even put it in their sandwhich, but it was part of the dish. I would get this again. My BF got the Fireside Medi Breakfast Wrap. He said it was good, but didn’t see anything special in it. He said he could have made that himself, so maybe not on it. Parking was kind of a pain. We ended up parking in the back not even in the parking lot, but on the street where the houses are. There’s some really nice houses back there, if I may add. I felt safe parking there since there wasn’t any traffic. So I suggest parking there and just walking over. It wasn’t even a long walk either. I would come back. I want to try their gelato and crepes next.

There are a few times that you go to a restaurant for lunch on a Monday at one and leave with the feeling of being treated special. I’d come to this restaurant once before with my roommates and the breakfast was tasty to the point that I knew I would go back. I had taken my mom here for«something different». We always go to Santana Row and get something overpriced and not entirely different from all the other staple restaurants out in town. She got a gyro and I got the breakfast wrap and towards the end of the meal our server brought us out a plate of tiny samples of gelato ice-cream. The experience mixed with the food was… great for lack of words. The only downside is they close at 3pm!

TL; DR: A good option for lunch/dinner if you are in the area. Stopped in with a friend and tried the tri-tip focaccia sandwich. The meat was tender and the focaccia bun was soft and delicious, but I was a little disappointed at the quality of the lettuce and tomato. The onion rings I ordered were also just fine, as were the fries that came with my friend’s burger. The food was fair for the price we paid, but not spectacular. The gelato isn’t the best around, but there were some exotic flavors available, such as honey lavender and black sesame(my picks). If you’re looking for a no-frills café that is a break from your standard burger fare, this place has you covered. I’m interested in coming back to try more of the menu.

I’ve lived in the area nearly my entirely life and have driven through Stevens Creek countless times and I’ve never noticed this place, until now. I’m so glad I found this place. My brother and I went at around 1pm and the café had a nice energy, but at the same time it wasn’t too loud or crowded. The place is very clean and the ambiance is spectacular. There is a nice fireplace and TV setup on the back wall. The music is also very soothing and contributed to the atmosphere. We ordered the legendary chicken pesto wrap and the basil pesto shrimp wrap. We ended up splitting the wraps so we got to try both. The wraps were amazing, packed with flavor, and the fries on the side were also cooked very nicely, seasoned well, and they weren’t oily at all. On top of that we felt that the wraps were very fairly priced. After lunch we ended up picking up dessert, using the Unilocal check-in option we got a free small gelato, I also ordered a banana Nutella crêpe. The gelato was delicious, and the lady that helped us was very friendly. She kept insisting that I try different flavors and made many suggestions. The crêpe was also very delicious and the lady there put in strawberries also. Overall I had a wonderful time here. The ambiance was very relaxing, the food was fantastic, and the service was impeccable. Do yourself a favor and check this place out.

Had the pesto wrap and sweet potato fries as a side. The wrap was pretty tasty and memorable. The fries was nothing special. The portion were a bit small.

Chicken kebab wrap was huge & tasted healthy. There was rice & some tender orange colored chicken as well as mushrooms & zucchini. The portion size was huge & ½ was definitely already enough for me to eat lunch. It came with a side of onion rings which I thought were great(the batter was the grittier kind). You have the option of having ketchup, ranch or hot sauce as a side for your onion rings. The wrap was made with a flatbread & was toasty. I thought it could have used more flavor or sauce(perhaps some kind of red sauce to enhance the savoriness). You can get a free gelato if you use the Unilocal check-in mobile app & buy over $ 17 worth of stuff. This place has a fireplace inside with a TV above it that was featuring Giada on Food Network. You can order breakfast up until 3PM. You can order from the counter or sit down & get waitress/waiter service(which is what I did). My wrap with a side of onion rings was under $ 10 which I thought was fair. Breakfast items include things like french toast, scrambled eggs and breakfast burritos while lunch items include burgers, wraps, sandwiches & salads. I didn’t see any parking lot for this place. There was just 2 hour street parking.

Came here for a friend’s Birthday. We ordered: — Tri-tip beef focaccia and onion rings — decent tri-tip. I prefer more flavor. — Falafel with onion rings. My daughter loved it, but it was ok for me. My daughter loves bland food. So this was a bland falafel compared to other places I have been to. Not sure if we will be back, but if we do I will try another dish. Possibly the pulled pork. I was hoping to try their gelato, but didn’t get a chance since the Birthday boy had a Birthday cake.

I have tried this place a couple of times and to me it’s just ok. I have had breakfast as well as lunch here and I can say i have had better. Gyro salad was ok i think it could have had more meat and the Tzatziki sauce was a little bland for my tasting. The breakfast was ok really nothing to brag about. Customer service is ok and you feel rushed at times but its just a typical café for me that i would come to every now and then if I am in a pinch to grab a quick healthy bite to eat.

The short: Decent cheese steak. This place is easy to miss on busy Stevens Creek. There is some street parking on Stevens Creek. I avoided it because it scares me, so there is some parking on the side street, a small parking lot behind their place, and neighborhood streets. There are quite a few tables inside, and the interior is very nice looking. I ordered the Fireside pepper cheese steak to go. While I was waiting for my order, one of the ladies offered me some free gelato samples! The gelato was quite yummy. She was so sweet, offering me many samples. I didn’t want any that day, though if I am ever in the area, I wouldn’t mind stopping by. As for the wrap, it was good, but not amazing. The pepper-like flavors do give it a nice kick. From the pictures, it looks like I’ll stick to wraps the next time I stop by.

Time to update my review! Still loving this place. The only thing I wish they could change is their hours. Always find myself wanting to eat dinner here and grabbing gelato buuuut it’s only open til 3. Poop. The food here is really good but my favorite thing here is the gelato!!! I love the spumoni and coppa mista. NOMNOMNOM. Definitely get it after your meal. Free small if you buy $ 17 plus with Unilocal check in. I upgraded my small to a medium and paid the difference. NOMNOMNOM will be back soon

We had a latte while we waited and it was pretty good. I would definitely go there again. The carne azada quesadilla was delicious. The steak inside was tender, it also had salsa, making it not too heavy on the cheese. The salad(?) served with it was a bit confusing. It had no dressing on it, perhaps because I asked for the salsa on the side? They gave us a few samples of the gelato. I had the pistachio and it was really good.

Fiveeeee stars! Their Mediterranean breakfast wrap($ 8.95) was incredibly delicious. The outside was grilled perfectly crisp and the inside filled with all sorts of breakfast goodness(herb potatoes, scrambled eggs, plus a choice of meat of which I picked sausage). Huge and intensely filling — so, so good. Also got a few things from their dessert menu(had to): the Chocolate and Banana crêpe($ 5.50); decent but a little too sweet for my taste buds… there was just so much chocolate on it! And a small Pistachio(one of my favorite flavors) gelato side($ 1.25). Great combo to finish out an amazing brunch. Service was nice and friendly. The restaurant atmosphere splendid. I do believe they just won themselves a loyal customer!

Food: 4 stars Service: 4 stars I’ve never been a fan of «xx wraps», especially veggie ones. I imagine a cold bite, and the«spinach» tortilla sticking to the top of my gum. Ugh. Oh and I hate it when a whole piece of tomato from some wrap falls out, and that pretty much empties one side of that now unappetizing wrap. WELL, Fireside proved me so wrong. Actually, credit goes to Maggie L. because she’s been here once and decided to make this our lunch spot one Friday. She ordered the shrimp wrap in spinach tortilla. It was undoubtedly a 5 star wrap. The outside was slightly crunchy from the grill, giving you the perfect bite, every bite. The ingredients have probably been drained of their moisture from paper towels, because each bite was sweet with tomatoes and lettuce, but nothing slid out. The generous amount of freshly grilled shrimp was very warm and went so well with the(chipotle?) sauce inside too. Thumbs up!($ 8ish) I haven’t even started on the vegetarian plate I ordered yet… I wasn’t a fan of how the tahini came in small plastic cups, but I guess it works. The falafels were perfect, slightly moist and not over fried. The pita was warm and soft, with a good chew. Can’t ever go wrong with hummus. Definitely satisfied my falafel craving and I had to tell myself to eat slower! :-) The only downside is it was $ 10, a little high for my vegetarian lunch budget. We checked in for a free small gelato, which was delicious as well! Servers were so friendly to let us try different flavors, always a plus for me because I HAVETOTRYEVERYTHING! :P I’d come back in a heartbeat. Tip — this place is next to a carpet place also called fireside.

I was pretty disappointed in this place. All the buildup and it just didn’t deliver. Sort of like my first time in bed. The French toast was good but nothing spectacular. The service was really bad. It took forever to be waited on and when we were waited on, they got our order wrong. I just ate what I was given because it looked good but most aren’t as easy going. The crepes aren’t on the menu and neither is their full drink menu. Whenever I’d ask if hey had something, they would have to go ask. I asked for a crêpe menu and they pretty much told me they have Nutella, bananas and strawberries and to figure it out. Lastly, one can’t be served a mimosa outside. It was beautiful morning and I wanted a mimosa outside. Skip this place like the nerdy kid in dodgeball.
