Bought a groupon for a wash, cut, and blow dry and Sheida did a great job! I will definitely be recommending my friends!

The nail technician, Lyn, does an incredible job! She took her time and pampered me, making me feel incredibly relaxed. My mani/​pedi was one of the best I’ve ever gotten!
The hair stylists are all very friendly and their clients seem to always love the cut and/​or color they have done!

My wife went here this afternoon and is not pleased at all. Her hair is a mess, it isn’t even cut properly, not remotely close.
Backstory: we called this place over the weekend and asked for an appointment at 4:30 today. She drove over this afternoon and brought a picture indicating exactly how she would like her hair cut. When she arrived at the store, it was very tiny and had the thermostat cranked all the way up (79 °F!!!), so it was totally hot and muggy and cramped in there.
When she came in the store, the woman working there was totally sullen and non-​friendly you could probably even call her mean looking, not even a warm hello or a welcome introduction! My wife probably should have taken that as a warning to just walk right back out then, but the reviews here are so positive! (Astroturfing?!).
The lady, Sheida, took a look at the picture my wife brought in with her and said that she had like 20 years of experience cutting and styling hair and that it won’t be a problem to match the style. After cutting my wife’s hair for a while, she asked if she could get her bangs cut a little shorter, and Sheida complied. It turns out that the bangs would become far too short to be stylable and Sheida ended up yelling at my wife telling her that it was her fault for asking her bangs to go shorter and that Sheida had over 20 years of experience and she knows how to cut hair and it could not in any way have been her fault.
Eventually, Sheida QUIT cutting my wife’s hair without making any effort and left it a mess, the other person in the salon had to come over and help.
End result, hair that will probably have to be hidden for several months until it grows back out. I can’t even believe that Sheida could even accept payment for a totally botched job.

Hi Sheida! I created a Unilocal account just for you! haha ok. Lets see where do I begin. I’ve known Sheida for as long as I can remember. She has been doing my hair/​highlights for over 7 years and there has never been ONE TIME where I have not been completely satisfied with the outcome of my hair.
Now, I think I am one of the youngest clients that she has. so I’ve tried every single salon imaginable! (Umbrella Salon, Faux Salon, Tangerine, Aveda, Bellermine and Salon Blu to name a few)
but EVERYTIME they mess up my hair (which is EVERY SINGLE FREAKING TIME. ughhg) I run to Sheida to fix it. haha… Unlike other stylists which I have encountered, Sheida LISTENS to what you want and gives you suggestions on what will look good for your facial structure and your natural coloring. ALSO (on the plus side) they are the only salon that I know in the area that sells PUREOLOGY products. My roommates were jealous!
I trust Sheida with my hair, My mom, Aunt and cousin (and soon my boyfriend who is in a weird stage of wanting long hair) also trust Sheida with their color and cut.
So if you want a professional, stylish cut &/​or color give Sheida a call to set up an appointment!

Ok first off, no complaints on the hair cut. I loved the way she styled my husband’s hair. Staff extremely friendly and servce great. Went there only once. Silvia did my husband’s hair. He being a male client said everything went well only that after the cut he liked to have the trimings removed from his face and neck. At many other salons at the same price level that he have visited there usually is a follow-​up hair wash after the cut or at least a decent «shake/​rub-​down.»
Other than that I really liked their service.
We both will be regular clients!
