I have been looking for Chocolate Liqueur and Coffee Liqueur for a dessert I wanted to make since I moved here. Still not used to the whole liquor in CVS & Target thing. Went to a few stores, and I couldn’t find what I needed.
I spoke to the store clerk, and he was friendly and helpful, I had a very good experience.

Ernie’s Liquor has a nice selection of big bottles microbrews and 6 paks, none priced.
only a few domestics had «ad» pricing.
brew: bud light «lemon-​ade-​rita» 8% (2.99)
-«margarita with a twist»? –i don’t think so
–lasted lemony, sour, slightly buzzed, not tasty.
on draught:
–aisles long, narrow, don’t wave arms u will knock bottles off the shelf.

went in over the holidays to get wine and the always drunk behind the cash rap totally insulted me! I had a baby almost a year ago and he asked me while I was cashing out «why you still fat». I came the next day to talk to owner because I was pissed and disrespected and he was just as ignorent !!! These people should not be part of our community !! Rude and disrespectful

Been coming here since my high school days. Hahahaha… always the coldest beer in that part of town. They have a vast selection of some good micro brews along with almost any bottle of alcohol you can think of! priced very well for being a liquor store.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!! DO NOT GET A KEG FROM HERE. The owner is shady & fails to disclose that the deposit is $ 160!!! He told us we could deposit «whatever we want» we put down $ 30. When we came to pick it up he says it’s $ 160 deposit. BS! (bevmo is a $ 40 deposit) the owner is a total asshole!!! He’s rude and was yelling at me. This is the worst customer service ever!
WALK AWAY!!! (the only reason I put 1 star is because apparently you can’t put no stars)

Lots of selections of wines, champagne and all the different types of liquor and alcohol you can think of in all sizes. The price is reasonable. Sometimes they have promotions at the store so it makes things a lot cheaper and they do have things on special on occasion. There is also plenty of parking in the parking lot.

I feel betrayed. Ernie’s Liquor is one of my childhood landmarks. I’ve been buying soda pops, candy, and more ever since I was a turd. Now that I’m older, they should know me by know. But not only that, the reason why I feel betrayed is because last time I was there, I bought a drink and they charged me an extra 50 cents without me knowing it until I looked at my receipt in the car. Usually places that charge extra for using your card will put up a sign or at least warn you or something. To me thats kinda shaddy.

It’s a liquor store. There’s food, liquor, a random assortment of medicine/​tampons/​etc.
The majority of employees there are respectful, however, there was a recent pending sexual battery charge against one of the employees who walked me to the back to show me the bathroom while there was an on-​sight promotion and some unsolicited touching took place. SJPD was called.

Ernie is a cool guy. He used to sell us alcohol when we weren’t even 21 yet. They got a good assortment of hard alcohol before hitting up a ESSJ party. But who throws ESSJ parties now a days beside high school kids?
BevMo is my place of choice for purchasing alcohol. But if you live around this area and don’t feel like hitting up Lucky’s or Safeway to see what bottles are on sale, just go for Ernie’s Liquor Store.
