Dunn-Edwards Paints

I’m a contractor: I love Dunn Edwards paints. They have some of the boldest colors with a rich finish. When I paint an exterior house with Dunn Edwards you can clearly see the difference within an entire block radius. not your every day average blend in type of finish and is noticeable as soon as you drive up the street. Go Sparta.

I used Dunn-​Edwards when I had to decided what color I wanted to paint our office. I wanted to try some different shades, so I went in and picked out several color swatches. I asked for a quart of each one (there were 4) and they were mixed and ready for me within 15 minutes or so. It was definately more pricey than Home Depot, but I felt the clerk was much more helpful, faster and more knowledgable. They put my 4 little cans into a flat cardboard box, so my car would stay clean and gave me mixing sticks — all without me asking. They gave me some advice on how and where to appy the color samples and away I went. It turned out that I didn’t like any of the 4 colors and went back for 2 more the next day. Same great service the next day. Sure, you pay a little more, but it is closer, faster and better quality than the big box hardware stores. Well worth it, in my opinion!

OK I am partial to this company because my husband has worked here for 24 years! I stand firm with my review! I have used there paint and it covers with one coat and is of the best quality! The service is good, although you may have to patiently wait during their busy seasons. Spring, Summer, and Autumn! Thus the 4 stars. But if you already know what you want you can order it over the phone and pick it up, or they can deliver it to you. I have and will always use DE Paint!

I went here to get the same color of paint that I saw elsewhere and liked a lot. So, I go armed with the color and number and after a few questions, the guy at the counter put in my order and 15 minutes later, I was the proud owner of 3 gallons of paint. He even carried the paint out to my car for me. One star is taken off for the price. But, you get what you pay for.
