My first disc/frisbee golf experience was good thanks to the beautiful course they have at Hellyer. I felt it was a bit short, and could have incorporated other hazards besides trees and rocks. No water probably because of the drought. It was a beautiful day, so it was a little busy, but not too crowded. Overall fun, would seek others before I came back.

This course has been here awhile. It’s small & located at the South part of SJ, but it’s still disk golf. BEWARE of Poison Oak! Don’t loose your disk in the brush. It’s a course on a hill, so some climbing, long holes, short holes, and overall variety of terrain is involved. They change the course setup every so often, so be sure to check the map before tossing the disk. Location = Street parking across the freeway from Hellyer park, on the road that is next to the freeway.
