I broke my thumb drive and called and spoke to Kurt who was, well, curt. He quoted me 600‑1300, which seems a little steep. Maybe I’ll find out that’s the going rate. We’ll see, but not impressed. :)

I just used them to have data recovered from my hard disk, I found these guys very helpful and the service was exceptional. The communication with them was great, initially started off in email and then they took the phone number and called me to explain my options. I had an issue as I was not local to the area, despite the obstacles they came through. They not only recovered my data but were kind enough to UPS me back. I want to thank them for their exceptional service and would like to highly recommend them for these types of things.
