CVS/Pharmacy

It is tragic how few and far between good pharmacy staff are these days. This pharmacy has non judgmental, courteous and kind staff. I am always happy to keep my business here! Thank you CVS camden ave for hiring people that treat us like humans!

I just left this store and am taken aback by the horrendous customer service I just received. I wanted to exchange an item that was part of a promotion. The cashier refused to listen to my request in its entirety and then stated that perhaps other stores allowed what I was requesting (but how do you even know my request when you never heard me out?) It took her at least three times to actually understand what item was to be returned because she was so busy trying to tell me I didn’t know what I was talking about. She refunded my money without ever understanding my request and while cutting me off whenever I tried to speak. I literally would have had to yell for her to hear me as she refused to let me speak. I was so baffled by her lack of professionalism. At the end of this bizarre interaction she asked me to sign something for receiving two bucks and some change. Sorry. Not today. Next time exercise some customer service.

I love this pharmacy, their pharmacist are super super helpful, always polite and patient. I’ve Ben coming here for almost 4 years and have never felt the need to change.

The staff is nice. All pharmacies are not real efficient or convenient these days. All have long waits and service issues. I think they do the best they can as the pharmacy seems mis managed.

Called ahead for a Prescription at 2pm today for a pick up at 3:30. I arrived at CVS at 5pm and my Prescription still wasn’t ready. This place sucks, I guess I will have to drive a little further to another Pharmacy.

I asked Siri to lead me to the nearest Chase ATM and she obediently led me to the ATM located inside the CVS store.
The store wasn’t very busy and thanks to the super visible Chase logo outside the window, I knew there was indeed a Chase ATM inside the store and followed the logo to yank out my cash.
I decided to check out some snacks and an employee saw me, greeted me, and asked me if I needed help. I declined, but told her thanks for the offer.
I quickly got what I needed, got in line, and was assisted promptly and efficiently.
Be sure to sign up for the CVS card. I was able to get Arizona canned teas for $ 0.50 each! Plus, I got four coupons printed with my receipt.

The folks who helped me pick out a bar of soap – ahem, don’t laugh – were really polite and made suggestions. I needed a specific soap for someone, and this CVS was fine. I like how the CVS stores out in this area are HUGE compared to the squished urban stores back in Chicago.

This Pharmacy staff is AWESOME. I transferred all of my prescriptions to them from the non-​caring, incompetent, staff at the Willow Glen store.
Lynne (Pharmicist), Cindy, and Kevin, are the regulars behind the counter and could not be more efficient and accurate. CVS is lucky to have kept these folks after it bought out Long’s. I do not know the rest of the staff, but every member of the pharmacy staff is very impressive.

I shop here mostly for a flash pass. I use to come here for my prescription, but now that I have Kaiser I no longer do. The pharmacy staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.
I especially like their rewards program. Just scan your card and you get a coupon instantly. Yay!
